Love shopping here! Great customer service and wonderful fashion merchandise for both women and men plus Cosmetics. What makes a difference at this store is that everyone is very helpful. Ovídea is the best here! She will help you find theright outfit or gift.

The Dillards in the Sanford Mall is really the only great thing they have left in this mall which is very sad. My husband and I stopped by there last night to get some cologne for someone for a Christmas present and the lady at the perfume counter ( didn't get her name) was very nice and boxed the cologne up with a couple samples with a bow since they were sold out of the gift set. Then we walked past the shoes and my husband told me to pick out a couple pairs of boots for my birthday. They had a GREAT selection and the real reason for my review is for the shoe salesman in the woman's department. He is an older gentleman named Jimmy. Wow! Did he know his stuff!! He was running his tail off making the few people in there feel like the most important person ever! Not only did he know about every brand, he gave us the background of the brand. He was very energetic even at 8 pm on a Tuesday night. He told us how to take care of my boots to make them last longer, checked the sizes, checked the receipt to make sure everything was right and practically walked us half way out of the shoe department with a huge smile on his face! This kind man deserves a raise! I think I'll be getting all my shoes from here as long as he takes care of me! Thanks Jimmy!

Love this store, especially Jimmy, the long-time shoe salesman. He really knows his stuff. He ordered shoes for us and they were here two days early. Staffing elsewhere in the store is much lighter than it used to be.

I found my ( post-pandemic?) experience much better at Dillards now in Dec 2023. It was better stocked !

Loved the Fragrance staff. They went above and beyond for my wife and I when we came in to get a couple Christmas sample sets. Wish I could remember their names. I Highly, recommend this location for any fragrance need you have. Their customer service is beautiful! They even wrapped the gift for us free of charge.

Only big tenant left at the Sanford mall. They have the BEST selection of shoes. Reason why I went. Found what I needed!

Dillard's is the main reason I go to the Seminole mall. I always enjoy looking at their inventory, especially during the holiday seasons. Clothes, shoes. Purses and home products. They have a lot to choose from.

Personel is always willing to help and have great attitude.

Great customer service in every way possible, Jimmie P. In ladies' shoes and Margaret H. In the fragrance department. They are the only two I would personally go to for those particular needs. My daughter also agrees with me. The Dillard's at the Seminole Towne Center Mall is extremely fortunate to have those fantastic Associates.

Having a Dillard's in your neighborhood is a blessing. My favorite experiences at Dillards always occurs in the Shoe dept. The attendants in this section are always pleasant and accommodating. On this date I was simply browsing in the dress department and was greeted warmly by the attendant there. I did not buy anything but I will soon. I know the store needs support from its faithful shoppers. The store is a true oasis. I always feel at peace there.

Customer service has been great every time. RICK in the men’s dept was exceptionally great. Who would have thought shopping would have been such a fun experience. He was also knowledgeable and very helpful!!

Staff were so helpful in the shoe department and girls formal wear! I haven't had customer service that good in a long time. Good selection of merchandise as well. Well done!
