The sales associates by the name of Janis and Rafaela are outstanding and deserve to be recognized and commended for their exemplary customer service. Attention, patience, and care was given to us to make sure we got the most amount of discounts that we could get on our purchases which was 2 separate huge purchases. We really appreciate their excellent customer service which is a rarity these days

Shopping for great grandson's first birthday. Found some great deals and some really cute clothes for him. Got him a little Levi jacket for this cold weather. Lots of cute clothes for boys and girls.

Pre BFriday deals were fun. Good prices and deals each time I go. Bought luxury pillows half price (I hadn’t been sleeping well). I like walking in here. There are some decent flying drones and percussion massagers at great prices!! GO GO GO

Great pricing and their sales are great! Needed a suit for my son and spent way less than expected . . . I'll take that win!! Plus, my son found exactly what he wanted and the experience was enjoyable ☺

Great place for the entire family. A two story JCPenny's. There are escalators and an Elevator. Great sales for school shopping. Huge selection of clothing of all kinds.

Amazing price if they're in sale. Nicely stocked. Fitting rooms are limited due to lack staffing.

Amazing prices and deals. I always come here every so often to take advantage of good deals. They could sometimes have a 30 or 40% off your whole cart. A large variety of clothing and other goods. Would highly recommend to anyone shopping to stop and look around here. The staff is also there to answer questions and are very helpful. Huge props to the jewelry department, very helpful and patient.

This is a very clean JCPenney with a lot of choices. Yes, everything is still clearance so are on sale just like every JCPenney these days.

But this one is clean and well organized. It's a good one to visit for value deals and their large size clothing tends to run nice and big so it's a good option for big and tall, especially casual clothes.

Staff is pretty good and like any other JCPenney there's not a lot of staff but that's okay because there is enough and you can find what you need and you can find help when you need it.

Had a great experience here looking for an engagement ring. Donna was super patient and helpful and not pushy whatsoever and made me feel comfortable through the entire process! I would recommend anyone looking for jewelry to talk to Donna she is great!

I had to return an item that was too big for my daughter-in-law because I had ordered it online. Besides, I wanted to get some shopping done while I was there too. I love JCPenney. Once I find my size, everything in the store in that size fits. All that's left to select is the style I want. Another big plus, is the people who work there. I've known a few of them for decades, and they're wonderful, hard working, women. My only concern was that the store moved its RETURN Department to regular registers downstairs. It used to be upstairs and had a higher counter with stools and catalogs to look at so while the women processed your returns you could see if there was anything else you wanted, maybe something similar to your return or something else, and purchase it at the same time from the catalogs. Unfortunately, now that it's downstairs, no one has a chance to read any catalogs or even a flyer or anything other than wait in line for the returns to be processed. I guess they call that progress, LOL.

I visited the salon and had great experience. All the workers were friendly and helpful. My stylist DaVail was the best! I'm so happy to have found a new stylist! My hair feels like silk!
