Great place Peter is the best I purchased a submarine Rolex in 2023 in November . Easy very honest transaction . I live in California and the watch was shipped within a couple days I received it. He told me the Watch was in excellent condition. In my opinion it’s mint. No worries dealing with this jewelry store. They’re very reputable. I’ve been to Bob’s in California they’re nice people but they don’t come close to this Peter the owner is always willing to help. I will buy another Rolex from them soon.

Amazing experience doing business with Ermitage. I sold a family Rolex with them and have to admit I was nervous about mailing it out and giving my banking information for direct deposit, but Peter was incredible to work with and had clear communication throughout the entire process. I had a very good straight forward experience. It is a little nerve wrecking to put an expensive watch in the mail, but after doing a little looking i saw that they had great reviews so I shipped the watch. They received it the next day and wired me the money. I would definitely do business with them again.

This place is the real deal. Easy communication and fast shipping. Just picked up a Rolex president from Peter. Made a couple of phone calls and closed the deal. Recently retired, I decided to start the “downsize” part of life. I had (2) Rolex watches that spent entirely too much time in the safe and not on my arm. I did a search and discovered Ermitage Jewelers. I did some research and read the reviews. I was impressed with Ermitage and contacted them about selling my Rolex. Robert was very helpful, friendly and professional. I sent them pictures for review of my watches and they responded quickly with a solid offer to buy, based on final review of my watch. I will add their offer was very fair and more than I anticipated. They provide me with a prepaid FedEx label. I packaged the watch and sent the box to them. Upon receiving, they performed their inspection and immediately called me to confirm their offer and my acceptance. The money was wired to my account the same day. I cannot say enough about my experience. It was positive all around. They purchased two watches from me. I have a few more I may sell and I will certainly contact Ermitage and Robert again.
