Kroger

Since our favorite store on the west coast sells Kroger produce, we really enjoyed visiting an actual Kroger store. It has everything. Great store.

One of my favorite grocery stores of all time, I would shop at this Kroger over Publix any day! Great staff, well-organized aisles, and overall pleasant grocery store to visit, day or night.

Nice store, there was also a friendly orange cat in the parking lot if anyone is missing their pet.

Shari at your customer service desk is amazing. She went far beyond what is expected to help me and my baby. My infant can only have a certain type of formula, and it has been sold out everywhere. Shari (and Melanie/Melody G) special ordered it and kept me updated when it arrived. This took several weeks and several attempts, but they were persistent and ultimately got it for us. This store is insanely busy. Shari is usually juggling multiple things, but she always has a smile on her face and a joyful spirit. She deserves a promotion!

This rating isn't for Kroger but one of the employees. Tom, this elderly guy who works at this Kroger was very kind to my son and he went his way to fix a balloon for him. That made us smile, he didn't need to do that. This isn't the Kroger I shop at as it's not on my way but I will shop here from now on. The world needs more people like him. Thanks Tom.

What a treat it is to shop at this Kroger! It is clean as a whistle, the shelves are well stocked, the produce is fresh, and, most importantly, the people who work at this store always welcome us and make us feel like family! This upbeat, friendly atmosphere starts with the manager, James Whitten, who goes out of his way to welcome us every time we shop! He remembers our names, and always greets us with a smile. He circulates throughout the store, making sure the shopping carts are free of debris and lined up perfectly, the produce and festive pumpkins are attractively displayed, and the check out lines are not too long. If the lines get long, he jumps in to help so people don't have to wait. He leads by example and sets the tone for his employees to maintain a store that is consistently clean and inviting, and because of that, we look forward to shopping at Kroger 491 in Brookhaven, Georgia!

We two seniors took advantage of grocery pickup at Kroger today. It felt safe and was easy, efficient and everything requested was correct and even with long expiration dates. But best thing about this shopping expiration was the staff. When we arrived and called in our arrival as requested, the young woman who answered was patient and professional. Further, the woman who brought our groceries to the car was a pure joy! When we told her how much we appreciated her service, she replied that she is young, healthy and capable of doing this help, and, if her grandmother were alive, she would help her as she is helping us. I don’t know her name but she made us so happy, and realize that she represents the great future of our country. Thank you Kroger for hiring such wonderful people, and thank you young lady for making our day happy!

I always find what I need!! Great customer service!!

Just moved to Brookhaven, and think I found my grocery of choice. Large selection of produce, big bakery area and many checkout lanes.

I also like the staff here a lot. One of the team (Melanie?) put my grocery cart in the walk-in fridge after I locked my keys in the car. She volunteered to do it when seeing me back in the store, and it took a lot of worry around waiting for the service van away.

I was amazed the other day when I came to your store and heard the most amazing singer doing Sinatra songs...It brought a tear to my eye remembering my dad's favorite songs, and this guy was masterful with a baritone worthy of "Ole Blue Eyes" himself...thank you so much for this special treat...I wish he was there every day.

My family and I love this Kroger store. It's huge and has a mass variety of different items! Great location and decent hours. Always clean and the employees are nice. We can always find what we need here even things we've never had or tried before.

Of all the Krogers in Atlanta, this one remains my favorite. It's got nearly everything you'll ever need, including a giant selection of produce and ready-to-eat foods, fresh meats, seafood, flowers, a huge wine selection, a full-service pharmacy, and everything else you could can imagine. But the best thing about any store is always the staff, and I have always found them to be extremely nice, especially their new General Manager, James Whitten, a nicer, more thoughtful man you'll never meet.

We love this store very much because it is in walk distance from our home. It has nice and helpful personnel, clean, a great variety of food and provides nice discounts for elderly customers, home delivery the ordered products.This is very important specially nowadays with Corona virus pandemic.

Excellent customer experience and great sushi

This Kroger is very large. The deli is huge as well. The employees are friendly. Always a good experience when I shop here. Just have to be careful about the time of day because rush hour traffic in late afternoon makes the commute a bit stressful. I always love peaceful early morning grocery shopping anyway.

By far the nicest Kroger I have been into. Employees are nice, the store is clean and more upscale, and their options are abundant. My favorite part is how large their natural and organic section is and how they separate these items. It makes it easy to get in and out fast when everything you shop for is in close proximity similar to how small Whole Foods grocery aisles are.

Mr.Darryl & Mr. Richard in produce are VERY awesome! They made my experience a GREAT one! I come to this Kroger every day because I live next door and when I do I look forward to their conversations! Keep up the great work guys! ❤❤❤

I used the Kroger pick up service for the first time today. I had some issues ordering online on the site which changed me pick up window to a later time. I recently had surgery so someone else was picking up my groceries for me. With the mistake that was made online I wouldn't of been able to receive my groceries today if it wasn't for Mr. Brent. Even though the glitch online wasn't the stores fault, the manager Mr. Brent went above and beyond and made sure that I was able to receive my groceries by 7pm today. A little humility goes a long way. The smallest things make the biggest difference sometimes. I really appreciate the excellent customer service :)
