Great spot and always great quality from Hilton. Helpful and friendly staff. Let us keep our bags with them after our checkout and until we had to leave for our flight so we could go out without carrying them around.

I recently spent 6 days at the hotel and i was impressed with everything. A great room with plenty of charging space. Refrigerator, a safe a coffee machine, microwave. If that was enough they had a great affordable food options downstairs, for me it was the delicious breakfast. I'm glad i choose to stay there. Plenty of parking

The staff were so friendly and responsive. Room very clean and quiet. Location close to outlet malls and Target. I forgit my phone charger and the wonderful young lady at the desk told me where to go (Target), exactly where it was and when it closed. She was a lifesaver.

Very elegant Hilton hotel. Rooms are nice and restaurant has great food.

Everything is good - service, rooms and location. We stayed here for a conference two buildings down so it is very convenient.

Everything about the hotel room was very comfortable but the customer service could use some work plus they charge not only $50 when you check in but additional $5 to park in the parking garage. They don't have any parking lots just a parking garage so you'll have to pay it. They're breakfast isn't really free but if you're willing to pay $14 a person for breakfast you could eat there for breakfast. Other than all that it was pleasant to be in the room and it was quiet. But next time we're staying at they're other locations that has free parking and breakfast.

This Hotel was worth the money. Bria at the front desk was amazingly helpful and even got me a room on a higher floor upon request. The rooms are very clean. Bathroom very clean. And customer service was great. Again thank you Bria for helping make my birthday weekend special and making my stay as comfortable as possible! A+ service

In town for a Palm Beach wedding, this hotel was perfectly situated. The north/south exit for I95 is literally "right" there with easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway. An outlet mall and a variety of restaurants are nearby. It's easy to find. The Auditorium nearby is a well-known landmark.

This hotel is perfect big families, big groups of adults, Seniors, children and they even have pet friendly rooms! During our stay, there were also several baseball teams & their coaches staying at the Hotel.

This hotel is "convention-style." Guests can make reservations or walk right in! Keys in hand, the staff is kind, professional, competent, and available upon request. Perfect spot for low maintenance guests in town for business mtgs, job interviews, or those exhausted from shopping.

The hotel is handi-accessible BUT the ramp is steep, which may not be a problem if you have a motorized chair, someone to help or strong calves.

Comfortable clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Kind of a strange lobby entrance so be sure to warn your Uber driver upon pick-up.

One minor problem . The big gap when you close the sliding WC door must be covered .

Perfect place for an extended stay. Off the interstate just far enough it's not super loud and best part is they didn't cancel my honeymoon reservation 1 day ahead of time like one of the Marriott's in the area. Way better rate too!

Wow, just wow! I stayed just one night and every aspect of my stay was top notch. Finding a room can be daunting with the reviews online these days. My recollection was that every time I have stayed at a Hilton, I enjoyed my stay. This stay was no exception.

The moment I stepped in the front desk attendant Rodney was so full of life, friendly and positive. He made us feel like we were old friends. I get in the room and it is clean, modern and the temp was perfect. I got a great night's rest as the bed was super comfortable and the sheets felt top notch...again, this is what I experienced at other Hiltons. I see a theme of quality with them.

I wake up rested and went down to breakfast. As I enter the room Michael greets me, very warm, very real...it didn't feel fake or forced. The buffet was very good! They had good, non-runny eggs. They even use red potatoes with onions and peppers, unlike most places that use cafeteria grade potatoes. I'm a potato connoisseur, A+ on the potatoes. It had grits, eggs, potatoes, toast etc.

All in all this was a great stay! I will absolutely be seeking out Hilton hotels when I travel next time. Keep up the great work!!!

Wife and I just had her baby shower in the event space. It was a great turn out and the hotel staff were truly helpful. If you were looking to have a function here with nice views, a great location and a friendly staff. This is your place to go to. We look forward to having future events here and also recommend this place to anyone else who is in the area.

Sam and Tiffany were absolutely amazing. The room was spotless and service there is top notch I not only would stay there again but will HIGHLY reccomend them to other people. And to top off their customer service I forgot my IPAD at the hotel and called and once again got to talk to Sam and they are mailing it back to me. That in itself says a boundless amount of praise for not only the staff but the caliber of people who stay there. Y’all are amazing

Pool is great! Rooms are clean and nice. Only concern was that I requested a late Check Out and they never comunicated that was not available I went out and found my key deactivated. Better comunication with Guests will be a Pro. Staff is helpful.

We loved the staff at this location. Everyone was so kind and went out of there way to make sure we were happy. They messaged us almost every day to see what they could do to make our stay better!!!

Enjoyed my stay here for one night! The breakfast buffet was perfect!! The eggs were not wet and the bacon and sausage were not dry! The cinnamon and brown sugar walnut tasted yummy! The location is perfectly located near the Palm Beach outlets. So shop till you drop and then book a room! The staff were extremely helpful and courteous!!

Excellent staff- extremely accommodating 🌟 Cambria & Rodney were excellent at guests services! The property is very clean. Pool area is nice! Washer /Dryer on site was very convenient. The restaurant is excellent- room service & buffet breakfast was fresh!
