I have used this company a couple of times and their work is prompt, the prices are reasonable and Karl, the roofer, is a PRO.
These folks respond quickly and Karl finished the work a week earlier than I expected. Without a doubt, I will use them again if needed. The work I had them do involved my metal roof that was punctured by a tree and a second time, there were apparently a couple of missing nails from the original installation (done by another company) and it lead to a small leak which Karl found and fixed.

Mike came out promptly, was super nice and inspected my roof, which had developed a leak. Afterwards, he told me the repair I needed was something I could easily do myself since I already had my own ladder set up, and he even e-mailed me a description of what to do along with a product he recommends for the job. It isn't often that people go out of their way to be helpful to you when they're not making money from you. Next time I need a repair or a new roof - I'm calling Fortress again. We had our metal roof, flat roof and hurricane clips installed a few months back. We've had several intense rain storms since then and not one problem. The process was smooth and quick. The roof looks amazing, exactly how we imagined. Even the grommets along the seems are lined up, nice and neat. They really take pride in their work and end result. Carl was in charge of our site and he was always reachable. If there was a delay or even if the installers were going to be a bit late, he called to let us know. They did a thorough job cleaning up afterward. It is a big purchase and an integral part of a home, so my husband and I spoke with several companies before we settled on Fortress, they responded to us in the most timely manner, were the friendliest, most professional and on top of all that, they beat the other quotes we received by quite a bit. 100% recommend Fortress to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price.
