Koi Smart Pond & Aquarium Supply Store

Just found this shop this morning and was excited to see a new local fish store.

I was not prepared for how amazing a shop can be!

This place has indoor and outdoor koi ponds, aquariums galore, supplies and accessories, etc etc etc! All at reasonable prices!

Raphael gave my wife and I a thorough tour, and showed us all the possibilities for our aquatic life!

My new favorite place, and I’m 1000% satisfied with my new Queen of Siam Lily pad and new Butterfly Koi.

I can’t wait to go back!

your new tropical fish area is amazing! the quality of the fish is unsurpassed, strong, healthy and with very intense colors due to the very good nutrition and care with which they are taken care of. they also breed and offer an excellent quality of bettas and angelfish, the show room area is spectacular, professional advice, be sure to visit this store, I think it will be the best in West Palm Beach, congratulations to the owners and staff who works there!!!

These guys are great! I recently purchased lilly pads, clay media, plant buckets and a bunch of accessories. They have a terrific assortment of freshwater fish, African Cichlids and Koi.

We had such a wonderful experience here yesterday. Andy was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He showed us all the ponds on the property, explained the differences between the fish and all the different aquatic plants. He was very patient as we selected our plants, taking great care to pick excellent ones and wrap them up and he even put them in our car. Our young daughters were delighted that he took the time to help them select the fish they wanted. When we went inside to pay, he took special time to help us select the right food and water treatment options, and even offered to write down all the plants we had purchased for our reference. Overall, this was an excellent experience and we will be customers for life.

I normally don't go out of my way to write a review, but I was so pleased with the service and quality of the staff. I have an outdoor pond that was pea green and within 24 hours & with their help it was as clear as day. I also got a aquarium for my son and he is ecstatic about it.

This store has the highest quality fish I have seen in the West Palm area. The staff is great and the selection is far better than any chain store. Always my 'go-to' shop.

I have been into fish for MANY years. I have owned all different species. I have gone ALL over FL to find a place to that specialized in good fish.

Koi smart is just that. This place is the creme de la creme of places for fish. Also their fish are in the best health and a lot of them are breed there so you know your getting good quality.

Ask for Raphael he is BEYONDDDD knowledgeable and honest. He can answer any and ALL questions you have about you fish and their needs. This guy is INCREDIBLE and for that I never go anywhere else to get my fish.

It was a perfect visit, a very nice attention and cooperation from the employees, since I walked through the door I felt at home. actually a dream come true the landscaping of the exotic place like never seen before. The attention of Mr. Rafael who was the one who welcomed me was spectacular explanations and knowledge for the breeding of fish. There really is no way to express how good I felt in the store.

Great service. I came in late one day, right at 5pm when they were locking the doors for the day. The owner opened up, let me in and made sure I had everything I wanted to purchase and needed for my Koi pond. He took the time and did not rush me out the door. I appreciate him and his sales person making the effort to stay late and allow me to purchase the supplies I needed and not making me come back the next day.

The owner is wonderful! He even stayed a bit late for us when our pump went out and we needed a new one ASAP. Thanks to John and the team our fishies survived! Very knowledgable staff and a fair priced store. I loved all the displays, pond accessories, and beautiful pond products too. You'll love this place!

Koi smart is such a wonderful store to not only buy fish and supplies for your pond but they also have tons of fresh water fish and the quality is like no other aquarium shop! The staff is really knowledgeable and friendly! Make it a point if you are fish freak like me to stop In and check it out!

We have gone to the shop several times and each time we are treated like valued customers, Johnny’s concerns and advice for our koi pond issues are very helpful and in making suggestions always leaves the decisions up to us on how to remedy our issues. Sometimes it’s hardware we need to purchase, sometimes it’s low cost DIY solutions. We’ve bought from online options in the past with varying degrees of success but we always seem to come back to Koi Smart for the personalized customer service. We appreciate their knowledge and experience.

Interested in starting a koi pond in my backyard but was skeptical about the difficulty and maintenance and I’m glad we came here. Andy gave us so much information, tips, feedback and DIY experiences he went through himself which now makes me feel better about starting this koi pond even sooner.
