15/10 experience with Steve! I found this amazing company through Angie’s list and, from the beginning, the customer service was outstanding. The scheduling coordinator contacted me in less than 10seconds! My schedule was very specific and they were able to get me in with a technician the very next day. Steve was attentive, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was able to fix my issue the same day without needing to reschedule. I would highly recommend this company in the future!

I recently encountered a complex electrical issue at my home and reached out to Mister Sparky for assistance. They sent an electrician named Henderson the same day! His expertise and professionalism was immediately apparent to me. The problem I had, I thought was simple but I had a hunch it needed professionals on the job. I was right because it turned out to be an intricate issue. Henderson approached it with a methodical and patient strategy. His commitment to not only identifying but also thoroughly resolving the issue was remarkable. Also he explain things on a way that was easy to understand. My experiences with Mr. Sparky have consistently been positive, but Henderson’s professionalism and skill truly stood out. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Sparky for their dependable and proficient service, particularly commending Henderson for his exceptional work. I have a feeling that even when he's not on the job he's just a really stand up guy, it felt very genuine.

We recently had an emergency with the circuit breaker for our water heater on a Saturday morning. We called around to several different electrical companies and Mr. Sparky had the best emergency call out rate and had the best response time frame window. They sent over Dakota and from our initial contact at the front door, he met us with a smile on his face and the most pleasant attitude we’ve experienced in a long time. Being it was a weekend callout had no bearing on his positive attitude. He surveyed the problem and immediately knew the cause and recommended a solution. He was very transparent with up front pricing and we agreed on the price. He got our breaker and wiring updated and got us hot water in a very reasonable amount of time. His work was professional, clean and efficient. We will always ask for Dakota when we need another job from Mr Sparky. Thank you!

A professional came and did a great job of updating the hall bathroom lighting. Lee helped me with the selection of the new lighting fixture and explained what he would do to get the old fixture down and in the rubbish! He was courteous and polite even when my visitor's pup decided to howl on the way out of the house on his leash. Not menacing nor aggressive - just taking care of his "watch dog" business. No teeth and they made friends. Thank you for sending Lee and his expertise! I would have given him 10 stars had it been offered. Have a great day!

After making a same day appointment with Mister Sparky, I was soon notified that my technician was on the way- over 1 hour early. The technician, Jose, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He provided clear explanations and his work was flawless. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Jose and Mister Sparky.

Steve was not only on time but very knowledgeable.. He gave me different options on what can be done about the lighting at my house. I look forward to seeing the finished job and will definitely use this company in the future

We had Mr. Sparky electric come to our house twice to replace some ceiling fans, electrical outlets, and light fixtures. We were very happy with their service. Our electrician Steve Martin was very professional and thorough with his work. We plan to use this company again for a few more future projects and will request Steve again if he is available. We would highly recommend him and his company to our friends and family!

Henderson and Jessica were great and professional and answered many questions I had on my circuit breaker box. Electric is like going to the dentist but always appreciate when pros bring a sense of peace of mind and understanding to the job.

I called Mr. Sparky for a myriad of electrical issues at my WPB home, none dangerous but mainly upgrade type work. Steve came out and was very knowledgeable & professional, listened to the task descriptions, investigated existing conditions and recommended fixes. He also suggested a lot of upgrades and alternatives, but he is a good salesman and everything he suggested was in my best interest as a home owner. Nothing he suggested was superfluous, so I don't hold that against him.

The next day he returned with Lee to do the work. They did an excellent job and explained to me what they were doing and why. Steve readily pointed out the improved Safety aspects of the work he was completing. I would recommend this Mr. Sparky team to anyone. The company is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and the professionalism, expertise and peace of mind are worth it.

Oscar was great. He had to come back a different day after a couple hours of working for me because we realized my ceiling wasn’t drywall and didn’t have the right equipment. Luis of mister sparky evaluated my EV charger requirements and was very thorough and professional. He provided text and phone calls to let me know when I could expect his visit and showed up on time.

Showed up early to give me an estimate for an EV plug. Was very knowledgeable and able to offer options for the installation of an EV plug in a condo environment.

Dakota was an excellent technician. He called 30 minutes in advance of his arrival, was then right on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He has now helped us twice and resolved our electrical issues. I highly recommend Mister Sparky and his work. Thank you!
