I am very pleased with the way Mr. Phil Sheitelman handled the sale. I bought a sofa almost one year ago because I liked the sofa and Mr. Sheitelman was so professional. Answered all my questions. I never had a salesman anywhere who was as patient as he was. It honestly made it a pleasant experience. He called after the delivery to ensure my satisfaction and now again one year later and asked me how everything is going because my warranty is about up. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Was looking for living room furniture in Southeast Florida. We first looked in City and Ashley and were surprised that in such a big store we didn't find anything that was quite right. We were heading to Rooms to Go when I saw Haverty's and on a whim pulled in. Being from up north we had never heard of the place. We were pleasantly surprised with the high-quality products and the great service. We worked with Phil who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And even though Phil doesn't need to work (a story for another time) he was attentive and gave us the time we needed to make our decisions. He even called after hours the night of our purchase to set a delivery date to ensure that we received a sofa with limited availability in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

Phil provided an excellent service by taking the time to show and provide us detailed information on the different living room sets that might be of interest to us. He was very professional, demonstrated to have a lot of knowledge, and wanted us to buy the right set that would meet our specific needs. Havertys is lucky to have a sales person like Phil!

Wes was exceptionally knowledgeable about the counter stools I was looking for. He was not bushy and gave me time to look. Very friendly and polite. I’ll definitely ask for him when I return.

Phil and Marna were both wonderful to work with. They listened to me and took my somewhat vague vision and made it real. They came to my condo, and while Marna get measurements and pictures and of the rooms involved, we had what I thought was idle conversation. Actually, Marna was listening very closely as she worked. She did an amazing job of taking all of that information and putting it together in 3-D models using the furniture I had already picked out then added suggestions of pieces and accessories to complete the design. They were very patient with me as I chose some of the final furniture styles and finishes.

Havertys in west palm beach is wonderful. I ordered a few pieces of furniture from them and the quality is top notch , the salesman Sal is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and the delivery of the merchandise was quick and easy. Appreciated the space the salesperson provided for me to visualize and walk through the showroom. I like that he didn’t stand on top of me and gave me the freedom to explore. He gave me sufficient information to take home and measure, Etc. And to consider our purchase options. We came back the next day and walked around the pieces we liked. Again he didn’t put us under pressure. We executed on the selection and requested a small incentive to keep us within our budget. Quality furniture and quality sales person.
