Complete Roofing Solutions reroofed our home in West Palm Beach March 2024. We accepted bids from three local roofing contractors. CRS's bid package was the most complete with full project descriptions, milestones and pricing breakdowns. Their project manager came to our home several times and fully inspected our roof prior to submitting their bid. They were attentive to our specific concerns and provided reasonable economical solutions to bringing our roof up to current code requirements. Although the other companies we considered seemed knowledgeable, The CRS project manager was able to thoroughly explain every aspect of our reroof project process and procedures. They satisfactorily answered all of our questions. The CRS work crew were professional and respected out property. They completed cleaned up all debris at the end of each day as well as at completion. Our new roof looks wonderful. They did a great job. We highly recommend Complete Roofing Solutions.

I used CRS in 2015 for two flat roof replacements and have never had a leakage problem. Recently the gutter pulled away from the roof causing the roof to lift and lose its integrity causing eventual rotting of the fascia and rafter toes. As well the overhang on my front door had a similar issue. I called CRS and once again their vast roofing knowledge, professionalism, and communication skills resulted in an extremely satisfied customer. They are the best!!

My brand new tile roof looks amazing. Very happy with my experience from start to finish. Pricing was very competitive with the rest of my quotes but what is written on paper doesn’t take into consideration the human factor and that’s what sets them apart and why I chose them. What I got was a company that treats you like a person and takes pride in the quality of their work. Either George or Joe was there daily to make sure everything was being done correctly. The crews worked very clean (as clean as you can be for tearing off a roof) and didn’t trash my yard or destroy my landscaping. They were very efficient, respectful and polite and took their time to get the job done right. You get what you pay for and they delivered on all counts. I rarely post reviews or comments about those we have hired to complete work on our home, but when a company surpasses your expectations in protecting your home, I think it’s worth mentioning!

Recently, the heavy afternoon rains resulted in a leak in our kitchen ceiling, and we began our search for a roofer with a solid reputation and a crew large enough to tackle the task quickly. We identified a few roofing contractors and went through the process of getting a quote for the proposed cost of repairs.

As we interviewed the contractors, one firm, Complete Roofing Solutions, Inc. (CRS) in West Palm Beach, emerged as the front-runner. Our decision was not based on price alone, but the combination of dedication to the job, technical competence, total costs, warranty period on repairs, and overall reputation for excellence were important factors.

My wife and I both liked the fact that CRS was a family-owned business that had over three decades of experience. That experience paid off in quickly solving the leaking points, but also in the thoroughness of their commitment to our job. While the Operations Manager, Joe, was our principal contact, we did meet the owner, George, and spoke with their Operations Analyst, Christine as they kept us up to date on each of the repair stages.

While I became a new customer of CRS, I also feel comfortable knowing that if we have any future roofing concerns, we now have a vetted response team ready to help us. Joseph of Complete Roofing Solutions actually walked the roof to measure it and assess the cost; other companies looked at satellite images and guessed. I got a truer cost with this company. They stated upfront they could not do the roof until 3 months. I knew my cost and I knew my lead time for the roof installation; and they we right on target. They did what they said they would; and for the cost they said they would, and in the time they said they would. Bundles of shingles did not sit on my roof for weeks (like I've seen on some neighbors. The work was excellent; I went on the roof myself to inspect each stage.
I would highly recommend this company.

When I need another roof, I will return to CRS. They recently installed a new tile roof with “hot mop” and an attic fan in my one story three bedroom home. Unlike the majority of roofing companies, you will always get a response right away from Joe. He went above and beyond to answer my questions to help me make the best decisions throughout the process. Once the tile came in, from start to finish, my roof was completed in about 2 weeks. George, the owner, was on site to handle problems as they arose to make sure that the job was efficient and completed quickly. The crew was super respectful and they worked incredibly hard during some of the hottest days of the year. When I had questions with billing or office issues, Christine went out of her way to be helpful.
