Sam's Club

I've had the pleasure of being helped by a young man called Ike. He literally looks out for customers in the parking lot to help us unload our shopping carts and does it professionally and willingly. I hope his manager will recognize him as an asset to Sam's Club and treat him accordingly. He deserves much recognition and a raise of pay.

This is my favorite Sam’s Club and perhaps I am saying that because it is the nearest Club to me. Maybe! But I like it. The associates are super welcoming and friendly. They are understanding and always ready to step in and ask if you need any help. That is the ultimate customer satisfaction experience one can observe. The store is organized and items placarded, which makes it easier to spot. Happy Shopping at The Club!

I haven't been to this Walmart in over a year right up into the point where I had covid-19 last year, but I must say it look like they had a little remodel done especially on the inside it looks brighter and it looks a lot more spacious. The parking lot was being renovated or I guess we asphalted the gas station is always the best place to get gas if you're in Sam's club member the prices are much lower and definitely competitive as well but overall I like the new setup and I will definitely go back if I'm in the area again check them out.

The best thing about this place is the "scan & go" service. I guess people feel that if they spend their money, they want someone to ring out their items. To each his own, but don't get mad about the long waits in line. Scan & Go differs from self-checkout because you don't have to use their registers; it's all on your phone. You show a barcode to the attendants at the exit. It's no different than digging for the long receipt they give you at the regular checkout. You're not waiting in line, allowing me to shop and be in and out of the store on my terms. I'm not waiting in line behind loud people & their misbehaving kids or someone who can't find their card or money. I'm not in line with people coughing or sneezing and spreading their germs. Bottom line, I wish all stores had this, especially their sister company, Wal-Mart(I know they have scan & go if you subscribe to Walmart+, but the cost is double the annual Sam's membership). In closing, this location needs to work on its cafe area. It's not adequately cleaned or stocked, and they constantly run out of things. I think the employees are overworked in the area, and it shows when they get a rush of orders. These aren't employee issues, but they are a management issue. Management needs to help their hardworking staff be successful. The line for rotisserie chicken in the evening leaves much to be desired. I haven't seen any fights, but some days, it feels inevitable. The staff sometimes seem to delight in the tension created by two chickens placed on the warmer when 20 people are waiting.

Always a good visit. But why so many people block/stand in the way to get rotisserie chicken? Why can't people just position themselves in a way that allow other people to pass. The store is ok, it's the not so smart shopper standing in the way to get rotisserie chicken.

My shopping experience was good I found all items except one it seems like this shells were very empty no toilet paper what's going on guys.
Yes I shopped there today and found All the paper products I need it. On 2/5 shopping here again for more paper products found all I needed. Still great prices and friendly staff.

I love saving by buying bulk for a lot of items. There are lots of items that come in singles and a good price. Discounted giftcards are a plus. Look for sale items that end with 1. They are deep discouted.

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now. They always have the items I need in stock as well as other items that I am interested in. They have a huge food selection and always have intriguing things to try! I usually do the self scan or scan as you go and usually don't have to wait in line very long. Plenty of parking

Love this place. Always FRIENDLY customer service. The cakes are incredible. Moist,soft and extremely Good😋. Try for yourself for any Event!!!

Best gas price in town and everyone knows it…lol. Currently…$3.03 unleaded here while other places go as high as $4.13
