Upon receiving a huge increase in our home policy renewal and news from mortgage company that a large lump sum payment to escrow was needed for shortages, my husband and I were to say the least, a little stressed. I have had the pleasure of working with Robert Black for home and auto insurance in recent years. He is efficient, timely, and always searching to get the best coverage for more than a competitive price. Just yesterday, I leased a new vehicle, called Robert (Bob) with the specs, and within an hour he had my (our) policy updated for coverage of the new vehicle. Angela Emery touches base each year to review our Homeowners Policy religiously. After our Homeowner's review, she asked if we would have time to check our Automobile Premiums (with another Company) against the Companies she represented.
After emailing a copy of the policy we were about to renew later this month, Angela came back with a quote (highly rated company) that saves us close to 30% of what we've been paying.....with exact coverage.
Angela stayed after hours to complete all paperwork so we're insured when current policy expires and send notification of cancellation to current Company.

Robert Black was an absolute dream to work with! I'm in the process of purchasing a home and had spoken to four different local insurance agents. You have questions or concerns about your insurance Amy Brewer is your gal!! We met her a few years ago when we bought our house and a friend referred us to her. She gave us all the option and even went back and forth until we got the just right coverage we needed. Then last year when that ins co went bye bye she was already on top of finding us something new and it even lowered our premium by half what we had before with the same coverage. Concerned again this year I reached out and she was on top of things again and has even reached back out a few times just to keep in touch and let us know what she has found! Assisted with cancelling my current policy, also warned me about lapse in coverage and what that could do to my rates. I really felt like they had my back. This group will be greatly missed.
