Nice atmosphere, charming decor, great three piece music group, enjoyed the music but it was so loud I couldn’t carry on a dinner conversation with the people at my table. Music would have been just as enjoyable with NO speakers!

Amazing place to wine and dine!! Beautiful ambience with live music. Extensive food and wine options for every discerning palate. Highly recommended!! Wonderful experience!!

Absolutely fantastic and entertaining stop while visiting West Palm Beach. The bar area hit the spot with drinks and dessert and piano back playing! Our waitress Jenna couldn't have been sweeter and made wonderful recommendation for dessert!

What a great night watching Copeland Davis and his jazz trio. Eating Italian food.
Then we went to the other room and there was a great Motown band playing. lot of fun.

Had one of the most wonderful experiences of my life. The mixologist are top-notch. In Palm Beach County, Charles and Ari are phenomenal.
They have live music 7 days a week. And supply an endless supply of fun.

Shockingly low score here, which on no way reflects how truly fantastic this restaurant is. Loved the local vibe, food was superb quality at a moderate price, and the service was down to earth yet professional. I think I may have found my new go-to Italian restaurant.

One of the most enjoyable evenings I have had! The music (Motown) was great-The meal-fantastic. The garlic puff pastry is not on the menu, you have to ask for it-is delicious and a Must Have! I couldn’t believe it was only $2.25! Certainly will be back for another lovely evening of food and live music.

I took my wife on a special occasion to this restaurant and to my surprise, it was one of the best dinners we've ever had. For unknown reasons, I have avoided this restaurant, even though I pass by occasionally. All the servers are really solicitous and extremely friendly. It is the only spot in West Palm Beach that I have found live music entertaining patrons cabaret style; they come to your table and invite you to sing along, people can dance, and much more. All in all, a wonderful experience.

The restaurant also features outdoor seating which is good because the area has an antsy vibe.

I love this place! The menu items are somewhat straightforward and simple and executed beautifully. The puff bread, OMG, smothered in garlic and butter, was by far the best value and presentation and a must have for every table. We also came on a night when there was live entertainment and enjoyed ourselves and we sang and danced along. Great for date night.

Reservation is a must, if you can even get one. Very nice place service top notch. Scallops best I've had...seriously they were perfection.

Only giving a 5 star bc that’s the highest choice I have. Would give a 10/5 if I could. Food was amazing, atmosphere was just what we were looking for and the music was perfect. Can’t wait to come back… Athena, our waitress was a gem.

Went out for a VDay dinner.. the atmosphere was very nice and romantic with love music . Food was delicious, I believe it was a special menu but the crispy duck was AMAZING! Service and staff were very friendly and attentive.

Café Centro is my one of my favorite restaurants. Immediately the costumer service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is lively and refreshing. We haven’t gone on a dull night yet! Lastly the food is excellent! For an appetizer I recommend the charred squid with Yuka and chorizo! We have a great experience EVERY TIME we go. Keep up the good work!

We were very pleased with our dinner experience and also seeing Copland Davis perform Our waiter Shawn did a great job and everyone enjoyed their food. Fantastic service, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious. Our dinner looked great, smelt wonderful and tasted amazing. The establishment was very well kept, clean restrooms and great atmosphere. If we could give 6 stars we would!

Where do I begin the tale of this love affair? About 3 years ago I had a friend celebrate her Birthday here. The moment I saw the puffed garlic bread I knew I was in for something good! I call it Italian puri! It is divine! Then I tried the tried the grilled octopus appetizer...ladies and gents stick a fork in me I am DONE! Amazing! PERFECTION!!! DIVINE and SUBLIME!! The oysters are also amazing, the mushroom flat bread is ALSO amazing as is the pork chop for dinner or the chicken marsala (bone in!!!)...let me be honest...the beet salad is too. Just go EAT HERE!! Seriously! Even the octopus ordered thru local delivery was still flawless!! They also often have live entertainment. So if you like ambiance, phenomenal food and a true dining experience then GO! You will be delighted!

10/10 pizza was super good fettuccine is to die for the fries are perfectly seasoned perfect date night or family restaurant and the jazz and music nights are the best the people who work there are super nice and is overall one of best places to eat in west palm beach or in palm beach county
