The location is safe and is easy to get to.

The hotel staff is what makes this the perfect place to stay. Everyone and I mean everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was courteous, attentive and professional. Since I am new to the area I leaned a lot on the front desk staff to point me in the right direction for dining and entertainment.

Hotel rooms over several stays were 5 Stars, clean and nice!

The hotel was just renovated and super clean. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and the gym equipment was very nice as well. Rooms were comfortable and simple, and a great place to unwind after a long day.

The area surrounding the hotel wasn’t the nicest, but we were walkable to many stores and restaurants (including a target and Walmart) at the shopping plaza across the street.

Totally recommend if you need to stay in the area- great experience!!

Stayed there for a few days with a team for an event in St Pete. The staff at the front desk was amazing. The rooms were clean and updated. The location was good with many places to eat and a Walmart and Target within walking distance if you forgot any essentials. Would have been nicer to be closer to our event location, but overall it was a very nice stay.

Great hotel, clean rooms and COMPLIMENTARY breakfast from 6am-9am.

Used the gym and it was very clean & new like the entire hotel.

Good location - right off the highway. And they have a coffee station at all times! Would come again!

The room was nice other than the shower curtain being far too short. Water soaked the floor. The breakfast was good and the receptionist was amazing.

Kendall has been the most helpful manager ever - She’s been very flexible with my multiple room reservations and date changes. Her communication is very professional and kind! Highly recommend this hotel because of her 🙌🏻

My wife and I were here for an evening. The lady at the front desk was very personable, professional, and quick to get us signed in and up to our room. This Hilton property impressed us as as very clean, neat and orderly. Our room was quiet, well maintained, and all the fixtures (including the bathroom) were in good operating order. The location is amidst shopping and dining venues galore, so there are plenty of options. Very nice stay!

This location is fantastic: comfy beds/pillows & its clean. Front desk gal was very friendly.

What a gem! Beautiful hotel rooms, friendly staff, and spotlessly clean (even the shower glass door didn't have a spot on it). Complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious with a large assortment of hot and cold selections. Very quiet and restful night of sleep here also.

....only suggestion....in the lush grass area for pets, I would suggest a trash can so we can dispose of their number 2 and keep the grounds as clean as possible.

Nathan and Kendal at the front desk were always a pleasure to see and made sure we were well taken care of during our 4 night stay. The moring breakfast staff kept the area clean and well stocked. We look forward to returning. Room was nice, but would be a welcome addition to add safes in the rooms. The location had restaurants near by, but it wasn't fun always leaving, having to get on main road and making a u turn to head the other direction. This location is well run, great staff, nice rooms....thank you all for making our stay enjoyable!

Great hotel, even better staff! If you are staying in Pinellas Park this is your best option! From the GM, Kendall to her individual staff members, all treat you like family. Specifically Priscilla, Devin, and Akisha! We are staying an extended stay due to our house flooding and all 4 members treated me and my wife with such great hospitality! Thank you, we will be back and reccomend this hotel to everyone!

I think this is my favorite hotel. I was on a business trip and decided at the last minute to change hotels and I am so glad I did. Great breakfast! Very nice room. Tastefully decorated. Great customer service!

My family and I stayed here for two nights and we had no complaints about it. Actually, only good things to say about the service provided during our stay. We usually stay in cheaper places but we decided to give a chance to Hampton, which we don’t regret it. The entire place seems brand new from rooms to the front hall. Plenty of parking in their lot. The continental breakfast had variety of items and enough space for people to sit without touching to each other. Five stars!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! We stayed during the recent Hurricane (Ian) and the staff made sure our stay was remarkable! They made sure everyone was safe, checked in swiftly and offered anything they needed. They functioned without sleep, with little opportunity to get food, and away from their own families. I want to mention them by name: (manager) Kendall, Devin, Nicole, Nathan and Nicholas. I hope I didn't leave anyone out. I asked for a list of everyone's name who was there all night and day. What an experience for all of us and they made it fun, safe, palatable, friendly and all with a smile on their faces. Bravo staff of Pinellas Park Hampton Inn!!!

Myself and a couple of friends stayed here the last 2.5 days and it was a great stay. The hotel is very clean! The best part of the trip (for me) is the wonderful people that work the front desk. Vicki and Nathan were extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to have around.

I would give this hotel a five star rating for the service. Most notably was Chris and Ale who we interacted with several times. They were respectful and especially cheery; they just left us with a wonderful feeling.

One thing to make sure you’re aware of is if you have a room that abuts another room with a doorway between the rooms you may want to ask for another room. Despite the door it’s almost like you’re WITH the folks next-door. The hotel designer or builder should have taken much more care with sound transmission.

The staff was amazing from the time we checked in to the time we checked out!!! Devin check us in and made us feel welcome every time we talked him. Vicki, Victoria, Nathan were all very friendly and helpful. We actually extended our stay an extra night because of Kendall. Our room very clean. Chris was very helpful when we needed extra supplies for our room. Breakfast was great every morning and the choices and freshness were perfect.
