As always Pinellas Park Home Depot customer service, approximately 90% of the floor, are super nice and genuinely want to help you. The other 10%, well we've all been that other 10% at some point in our lives, so success! And just FYI I ask some pretty dumb questions in there, especially in plumbing where there's 19 of the same type of connection, but they don't work with each other and usually have me in tears or throwing a tantrum. And they haven't kicked me out yet 🤣

The paint department staff are overly helpful each and every time 🖌🎨

This is my favorite home depot store in the area and there are several to chose from as well as Lowe's stores and other home improvement places... this store I can always find what I need quickly or at least someone who knows where I can find what I meed. They have some great sales going on right now also.

Elvis in tool rental is amazing. He was extremely helpful. Checking out and checking in the item was seamless. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Come here all the time best Home Depot in the area have employees like a guy named Elvis who was working in tool rental service. Elvis went out of his way to help that’s the service I like

I lost remote control for my tv stand/fireplace! Called service center listed on my item brochure. I spoke to Arion and he reached out to the manufacturer and was able to have new remote sent free of charge! Now that’s what I call great customer service and I want everyone to know!! Thanks Arion

I love coming to this home depot specifically. I worked with Kathy today, she is absolutely amazing! We worked to get the best pricing on materials according to my wishes. Kathy is knowledgable in flooring and also hooked me up with an install after her team does an appointment for dimentions. Thank you, Kathy! She certainly made this process a painless one.

Great place. If your trying to do some home improvement this is the one stop shop. Saff are super helpful and friendly. I wil be returning often. Got a lot more to do. They have it all from Axes to zebra print carpet. You gotta stop and checc em out. Tell em i sent you. Lol.

Very helpful employees, good selection, only 4 miles away. The kitchen and bath associate was very helpful with my new kitchen layout. Great design software!

The people that work here are absolutely terrific they were very very accommodating and actually help me save a few dollars in the process. Since I've moved here I have probably spent over $5,000 in the store and I have always been quite satisfied and the kindness of the employees

I drove down here to pick up an item only available at this store. I was impressed to overhear multiple team members offering their help to prospective customers throughout the store. It was a busy day and the service representative, Jasmine, in customer service did an excellent job at making a challenging situation seem simple. She prioritized my needs and made sure it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Awesome service…thank you Jasmine!!!

Anna (manager) and Kaitlyn (Cati written on her HD uniform - customer service pick up department) gave great customer service. They listened and showed empathy for the situation. You could tell they truly care about their customers.

Well stocked Home Depot, and love that they are dog friendly! Staff is always very nice and willing to walk you around to find your item.
