Wonderful experience at JB Import with our Bentley!! Got the car in and fixed in a timely manor. Saved money by taking it to JB compared to others. Communication was excellent on progress being made. Will be returning in the future and will definitly refer others. We can not say enough great things about our experience with JB Import Automotive Repair. They really care.

I am so glad I found this place! We took our Mercedes here for a standard oil change. The entire process was seamless. They use an online appointment system that lets you get set up as a new customer online. Then, receive and accept quotes online. Also, you can communicate with the staff via the chat function directly from your online quote. Lizzy, was great to work with and communicated each step of the way. We will be back and I highly recommend JB Import.

This is my third visit to JB with two different Rolls Royce cars. Hasan Hamade made me feel very confident about their level of expertise when dealing with exotic autos and walked me through the entire process beginning with a thorough examination and a subsequent, concise estimate. I approved the repairs and was surprised by his call a day earlier than first estimated. He had remedied all of my issues and even corrected a couple of things I had overlooked. As always, my Rolls was washed and vacuumed. I highly recommend Hasan and his staff to anyone that loves their vehicle and demands service to match!

Hasan, Casey and the JB Import Team did an amazing job on my M4. I originally dropped the car for a Bowden cable issue and dashcam install. While the car was in the shop, I also got the exhaust tips powder coated and whole car detailed. It came out looking great. Will go again for my future car needs.

I had my 2013 Hyundai's air conditioner replaced and attached a photo of the removed dash. The job was done remarkably well, and there were no issues. Their online system is convenient and helpful; it allowed me to review recommendations and photos, authorize estimates, and settle invoices. They also arrange transportation with a ride-share service if necessary. The price may be high, but the quality is worth it. I came back for further repairs at a later time.

Although services were a little bit on the expensive side… I had a great experience here at JB Imports and they fixed my problem on my Audi S4. I no longer have a rattle. And I got a speeding ticket the day after picking the car up due to how much of a great job they did🤣🤣🤣 110 in a 45!! Thanks for fixing my car guys. Will be back and have sent recommendations as well

Between Ryan, Hasan, the owner Mike, and all the mechanics who they work with, JB has shown me time and time again that they go above and beyond what is required to take care of their customers.

I have personally had them work on multiple Land Rovers, Bentleys, McLarens, and even concept cars. One being 1 of 2 in the world. They have helped my clients and I with everything from basic questions about car maintenance at home, to fully taking apart engines. Everything was handled professionally, they are very down to earth, and I cannot recommend them enough for luxury and exotic cars.

Lizzy was great. She responded in a timely manner to my call for another issue. I am bringing my car back for the other repairs when I have the money. The repairs are a little expensive for my budget but I feel the repairs are done correctly and I feel safe driving my car when I get it back. Thank you for the extras. The car wash and vacuum. Came in to repair a torn power steering hose and could not be happier. Hose was fixed same day, pricing was more then fair and the quality of the repaired hose exceeded any after market and OEM options. Will definitely be back for any more repairs.

I was traveling from Pittsburgh to florida and got a “brake” sign on my dash, instead of going to the dealer i wanted to go to jp import because they have good ratings and didn’t want to pay high labor cost form dealerships . Definitely come by to jB import repair over any dealer or garage in the area. The place had good hospitality and the best best part of my trip was that i got the car back the next day. Casey the manager and Cundo the mechanic exceeded my expectations!! I had brought my vehicle in for a service but got a thorough inspection after offering to fix some of the other issues found I authorized it with a simple process they communicated well and saved me a lot of money vrs what I would’ve spent elsewhere!! Anyway I feel they went above and beyond!!!

I've been taking my 2001 SL 500 to JB Auto since the Mercedes warranty ran out. Many of my friends go there as a result of my recommendation. I would never think of going to anyone else. I feel safe in my 22 year old car as a result of the professional people and service that I have gotten. I would never go anywhere else.

I needed high pressure fuel lines made for my outboard engine. The fuel lines would have cost me around $2000. Mike and Alan were able to make all new lines for around $200. Super quick turnover time(less than 24hrs). I have taken the boat out twice since the repair and no leaks. Thanks again great job guys! Front office staff was very friendly as well! Overall great experience.

Outstanding service on my Bentley and great pricing much less than other places . Hasan provides great service.
