Introduction:
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard Marriott St.Pete, and I must say that my check-in experience was exceptional. The front desk agent's warm demeanor and willingness to assist me right from the moment I arrived made a lasting impression on me. Here, I would like to share my wonderful experience with you.

Efficiency and Professionalism:
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was promptly greeted by the front desk agent, who displayed an exceptional level of professionalism. Katrina’s efficiency in handling the check-in process was commendable, as she swiftly verified my reservation details without any delays. Despite a busy lobby because they were other people checking in after 4pm with us she remained calm, ensuring that each guest received personalized attention. As well as offering us bottle water. I personally think this was going above and beyond as for traveling long distance and to wait for rooms which did not take long. Just had to verify with the housekeeping department.

Warm and Welcoming Attitude:
What truly stood out during my check-in experience was that Katrina’s genuinely warm and friendly attitude and that huge smile of hers. She greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome from the very beginning. Her hospitable demeanor instantly put me at ease and created a positive first impression of the hotel.

Attentiveness and Personalized Service:
She also paid close attention to my needs and preferences, ensuring that my stay would be nothing short of comfortable. She took the time to inquire about my preferences for room location, amenities, and any special requests I might have had. Her genuine interest in providing personalized service made me feel valued as a guest.

Helpful Recommendations and Information:
In addition to her friendly demeanor, Katrina and Diana also proved to be incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel's amenities and local attractions. They provided me with useful recommendations for nearby restaurants, transportation options, and popular tourist spots. Their insights were invaluable in helping me plan my itinerary and make the most of my stay.

Overall Impression:
My check-in experience at the Courtyard Marriott downtown st.pete was undoubtedly one of the best I've had. The front desk agent's helpfulness, warmth, and professionalism made a significant impact on my overall impression of the hotel even tho there was construction going on,which such attentiveness that did not matter anymore. Their dedication to ensuring a seamless and personalized check-in process truly set the stage for a memorable stay.

In conclusion, I highly recommend courtyard Marriott for its outstanding check-in experience. The front desk agent's exceptional service, friendly attitude, and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. I sincerely hope that others have the opportunity to experience the same level of hospitality that I did.

From start to finish I was treated incredibly well. I'm at a pack of words to describe how much they made me feel welcome. I wish I had two more hands I'd give them four thumbs up.

Johnathan was very professional and courteous. Johnathan and Larry were the best valet I've ever experienced. They made our vacation an amazing experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with every request. The cafe inside the hotel served a delicious breakfast. From the valet, to the front desk staff, to the maid service, to the cafe waitresses, everyone was professional and genuinely cared about our stay and attention to detail. I will miss this hotel!

The next time you need to stay in St. Petersburg, please treat yourself and book a room here! The staff, service and ambiance are really great! My room was very comfortable, with double beds, desk, reading chair, drink station, coffee stand and refrigerator. The bathroom has a tub and shower, very nice towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a hairdryer to use. The wardrobe also has drawers and hangers to store your clothing. The hotel has a long history- it used to be the Pennsylvania Hotel. The décor inside includes historic photos and articles of the town and hotel. They add a sense of fun nostalgia- the hotel is painted on the elevator in the lobby which is fantastic! The hotel offers a bar with food options, comfortable seating and television. It also offers a pool with hot tub and fitness center. Across the street is a museum and it is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and entertainment options. Valet service is also available. Book a room and enjoy yourself!

We made last-minute plans to come into town for a couple of the Rays/Braves games. After doing some research, I decided that we'd give this Courtyard location a try, and we couldn't have been happier.
Our first impression was the valet attendant, and it was fun, informative, and professional. We went from the curb to the front desk, and our visit bounced up a notch. On check-in we met Tamera (like camera with a "T") and it was one of the best check-in experiences that I've experienced.
The property is in a strategic location. It's a nice walk to Tropicana Field. There are an abundance of restaurants, eateries, and bars within walking distance. (Try The Galley)
We'll stay here, again, for sure.

This was my first time to visit St. Petersburg and chose the Courtyard as my hotel. Great choice but what stood out to me was the overall hospitality of the staff. Tamara helped me get checked in and she was Excellent! I was not able to get other names other than a valet who I think was John or Jonathon. EVERY one I encountered during my two night visit was engaging and friendly. I have already recommended this property to others. Kudos to the management and staff!

From the valet parking guys to the front desk to the house keeping and management, AMAZING customer service at all aspects. The staff is so accommodating, welcoming, and hospitable. The rooms are clean, updated, and in great shape. I have never had a better Marriott experience than this - thank you Shaun and team!

I booked a room here through the Bonvoy app a couple of weeks ago only to find out they didnt have the room because of the construction. That was fine things happen, but in clutch fashion Tamara and Peggy Sue managed and got me a comfy spot. Im thankful for you guys and will definitely visit again when the rennovations are done! Those cookies at the Bar are effin insane too.

Nice hotel close to everything with an excellent staff.

I’m only down for a day and this was a recommendation from a friend. It’s an older hotel that has been refurbished and like all old things it has some quirks but it is well maintained and everything was clean and functional.

My interactions with the staff were excellent from the front desk person to the lady who brought me my breakfast.

If I’m in St. Pete in the future this will be first on my list of hotels.

Our stay was great. Nice, clean full accommodating room. Nice little indoor pool, no hot tub. Lots of shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the showers. Staff was super helpful and nice. They held our bags after check out so we could explore the town hassel free. Even informed us where to go and how to get there for free. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent experience. Place is valet only and well worth it because it is convenient to virtually everything. The staff, especially valet staff are incredibly warm and helpful. I will be staying here every time I visit St Pete.

My husband and I stayed here for a week for 4th of July. The hotel are walking distance from Publix, Walgreens and McDonald’s. Most of the places like restaurant’s and activities are just few minutes drive. Actually you can walk if you can stand the hot weather. Like other hotel, they have bistro, Starbucks coffee and most important is jacuzzi and pool where you can watch Sa beautiful sunset and sunrise.

We stayed for 3 days during Hurricane Irma. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and the quality of the room. Room was clean, spacious and noise free. Staff was kind and helpful. A special thanks to Cindy Evans in the food and beverage department; she was especially patient with all of the anxious patrons during this stressful event. I highly recommend!

Halls smell bad!!! Like old hamster cage. Rooms are large and very clean. Great building! Front desk staff very prepared and professional, though working in a micro space! Valet parking is tiny and takes you to uncooperative door with a step! Attendants at valet simply the best, amazingly fast, friendly, knowledgeable of area. Need way to tip via app or bill. Who carries cash!!!???

I stayed for business for 3 nights. The hotel is historic and old, but lovely. The rooms are great, and while I always love a massive smart tv, it's not a deal breaker in my book. All of the staff were friendly and efficient, but I have to call out one. Alexis in the bistro was absolutely amazing. Personable and always helpful. Went above and beyond every chance she was given. All in all, great stay in a beautiful building with great staff.

Great staff! My family and I checked in late at night after our home air conditioner went on the fritz. The reservation, valet, and check in staff were all very kind and patient while my tired, heat-addled brain figured out complicated things (like how money works and where the elevator right next to me was). Check out was just as friendly, and the room was clean and cool. I'd recommend this Marriott to anyone who wants to stay in St. Pete for a conference or vacation, or who just needs a place to sleep when their home unexpectedly becomes an oven. It's not the cheapest, but we got our money's worth in welcome and comfort!
