came to do the tool loan, they didn’t have exactly what i needed in their tool loan kit so, lashaundra so kindly help me find the right tools i needed to do a quick spark plug and ignition coil replacement. absolutely wonderful service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The team at this Advance Auto Parts on Community Road in Brunswick, GA are the BEST! They take such good care of their customers. I recently had an issue with the wrong parts getting shipped to my house for a brake job. The team took the wrong parts back and made sure I got the right one same day. The BEST!

It was my wife’s birthday and I was out of town and the van battery died. She was able to get friends to take her to this auto parts store where they promptly replaced her battery and cleaned her terminals back to almost original condition. Thank you so much for the fantastic service and quality installation! I stopped in and found out the man’s name who helped my wife was Al. I have added pictures to further demonstrate the first rate installation of the battery . Al should get a bonus for his valuable commitment to customer service that few people today demonstrate!

I routinely visit the store. The best people in the world are all there. They are car guys and gals for sure. Very knowledgeable and exceedingly proficient at getting me the right part the first time... Unlike that Auto Zone place across the street. The parts fit right. Are of very high quality and I seldom have any issues or "comebacks" aka a failed repair. It's all thanks to them. I am a true professional in the world of automotive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair with over 25 years in the field. David, Logan, and the rest of the crew there are my dream team for my customer's safety, piece of mind, and return business.

Convenient and generally has everything I need when I go. Today I left an auto repair shop with Battery problems. I then went to advance Auto I was waiting on by Al. He took the time to offer to look at my battery before just selling the replacement and after cleaning my battery terminals free of charge, it turned out I didn't even need a battery. This was an amazing, awesome experience. From the moment I walked in until I left I received a 5 star customer service. I came to buy a battery for my 1999 truck. First they tested the battery in my truck and provided me with a paper readout. Second, they showed me batters that best fit my truck. Once I selected a battery I was informed of sale offers. I decided on a battery. They installed my new battery and tested to ensure everything functioned properly. All with a smile.

Went in for a battery for a chevy hhr. The associate Clay was totally awesome and very nice. He helped save me some money but testing my battery before I just bought another one. Turns out it needed a quick charge that was painless and alot cheaper than buying a new battery. Thanks again Clay.
