Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Brunswick

My daughter had a tire blow out on I 95 at 9:00 at night in Georgia while traveling from Florida to South Carolina. I called AAA, but they were unable to get the tire off of her car because her tire lock was stripped. The nearest Jeep dealership was Brunswick Jeep dealership however it was after hours and they were closed so she had to get her car towed and stay in a hotel. The following morning they went out of their way to fit my daughter in and fix her tire so she could complete her trip home to Charleston. They were very accommodating and wonderful to deal with.

I was traveling through the area. After hitting several pot holes, van started pulling to the left. Service Manager Michelle got me in quickly where they discovered several bands in the tire had broken. Unfortunately they could not get me a new tire in the time I needed to go. I found another place close by that could. Michelle did not charge me since they did not have the tire.
Very much appreciated.

I brought my jeep in for recalls the service department was wonderful. They had a shuttle back to st Simon's Island so I could leave my car and have a ride home. This was a big help since I didn't have someone to follow me to Brunswick. Thank you Michele, Keith and Victor!

Michelle is a gem! She did an excellent job in getting our vehicle diagnosed early and it was surprising how quickly she was able to get our parts delivered with the unfortunate strike happening. Michelle’s suggestions on how to deal with Wagoneer’s client services was most informative.
Victor is one of the friendliest people we have met! The help he gave us providing water for our camper was greatly appreciated since we had none. The conversation we had during our ride together was extremely jovial.
The mechanic was a nice man and we found his advice and caring very genuine.
If we ever break down again we hope it will be in Brunswick, Georgia.

Service department was great. Good communication and clean place. They put protective plastic over my seats. Although I didn’t buy my Jeep here, the sales team was very polite while I waited.

Came in for my trucks first oil change and tire rotation along with a warranty fix. The work was done quickly and the service employee was very professional and had a great personality. I was very pleased.

Fantastic preventative maintenance experience. I love my Grand Cherokee and was able to get in on a moments notice to have some preventative maintenance services completed.

They truly have the best customer service and got me in for a service recall last minute. Very convenient and Ms. Smith did a wonderful job as well with orchestrating this to happen.

Traded in a Dodge Challenger for a newer Dodge Charger. Salesman was Carlos who was great to do business with and I recommend going with him at this location and I also worked with the GM. Service manager was awesome.

I had a great car buying experience:) Carlos Silva was our car salesman. We drove from Savannah to this dealership for a specific car they had in stock. No one there pressured us into looking at different cars or played typical back and forth games. The manager and finance staff were also easy to work with. We got my son his surprise birthday car and parents are happy with experience. I buy again from this dealership if I needed another vehicle.

My 2018 Ram 2500 6.4L had a lifter failure while working in the Brunswick area. Michelle in the service department was so very helpful getting it diagnosed and repaired. She answered all my questions along the two week process and was always friendly and courteous. I picked it up today and put about 200 miles on it and so far works and sounds great. I was looking for a nice truck Ram and I live in Florida. I got tired of the games and tricks some dealerships like to play and pray on their customers trading in a vehicle. I searched on the internet all ram dealerships that I had the truck I wanted. I found it at this dealership in GA.
MARCO!!! Was the gentleman who took my call and walked me through the process of trading in my vehicle from 5 hours away. He catered to my needs got me the price I was looking for on the new Ram and got me every penny out of my trade in.
He had the vehicle delivered to me on a holiday weekend (the deliver gentleman was also amazing).

I can say is I have been in sales for 40 plus years and never have I ever found a sales rep with the integrity, respect and kindness that this man has. I got a beautiful new truck that I will have for a few years and I also found a God fearing brother that I hope to stay in contact with for the remaster of my life!!

This Step One Location was the nicest, most upfront, and honest CJDR Dealer I have had the pleasure of working with so far! If you are in the Coastal GA, North FL areas... Don't waste your time anywhere else like me... Stop in to see Tyler & Kevin. I hope they do right by you, like they did me! Just do your RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO TO ANY DEALER!!! I live in Savannah, GA were Step One Auto has (2) locations and many, many more vehicles to choose from. But Stephanie and Darryl were awesome and were able to at least meet me on my terms and it didn't require me pulling out all my hair to get a straight answer from them. For the most part, I felt like they were honest and upfront with me which led to them earning my business over both Savannah Locations.

To be honest I came to them hot and heavy after my dealings in Savannah. They understood my situation and tried to come to a reasonable deal. After working most of the deal details over the phone, etc. I drove the 1 hr. one-way to see the truck and finalize the deal. They did not try to pull my chain, lie to me, change any part of the deal, or hold any bad blood towards me for my initial hot headed-ness. Tyler and I reviewed the truck, gathered all info, and got me into see Kevin. Kevin found an even better APR for the deal with no points. He was SUPER HONEST, disclosed my honest financial information to me without acting like it was Top Secret Intel... made me feel like my opinion on my financial decision was heard and mattered. I cannot say the same for any other Step One Locations I have unfortunately worked with before. This Brunswick Location saved Step One Auto in my eyes, as I was very much willing to go pay higher prices at other Dealer Groups just so Step One wasn't getting my money. I drove my 1hr ride back to Savannah, pass the other Step One Locations and will not look back at them again.

This was the best experience that I have ever had at this particular dealership. I have used this service department multiple times and I always left unhappy. My service tech got me in and out with my oil change in about 30 minutes without an appointment.

I'm guessing there is a new service manager because the whole vibe was different.
