Beautiful park .Lots of wildlife. Spacious campsites with full hookups. You could hear I-95 traffic . Sunset at marina was gorgeous. It was booked up but I only saw 2 families with kids ……not sure why.

Really nice free park to go walking in. They even have a nature trail although we did not go on it, it was nicely laid out with a wide cutout path. This park is also on the edge of water with a free boat launch. They also have a peer that you can fish off of as well as a primitive campsite. Very well kept and the bathrooms were immaculate and warm.

Beautiful, clean, great level sites! Lovely lake with swimming, hiking, kayaking or a scenic sunset. Relax on this oasis on the Brunswick River.

Great for the kids, nice playground area, nice walking trails, and all sorts of wildlife (rabbits, deer, ducks, raccoons, etc.) We have been twice and can't wait to go back!

If your looking for a great place to getaway, Blythe Island is an excellent choice. We love the fishing, bike riding and semi private spots. With a lake on one side and a river on the other, Blythe Island is a great choice for family get a always.

Stopped by here for one night on the way down to florida with our RV. It was really a nice park. It was close to the highway but certainly far enough you don't hear it. It was clean and really gorgeous with lots of mature trees around the sites.

Loved camping and hiking here. The woodlands are beautiful and there are wide easy trails or moderate "jungle" trails and bike trails. It has a Kayak canal but I saw no one using it. Great sandy beach for families and nice wooded and shaded Campsites although a little close together.

Spent a week RV camping there in a site that was scenic and quiet. The campground and bath house were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were many nice walking trails of various lengths and, as a bonus, there were fancy ducks and domestic rabbits running all over the place! Also worth noting is the park was within 30 to 60 minutes of Jekyll Island, St. Simones Island and Savannah. I would definitely go back again.

Great place for walking around. Has a beach for swimming but I was there in the winter but would definitely consider going back in warmer weather to use that Beach. Each lot has a septic and cable. That kind of spoiled me because usually where I camp I don't have either. If you stay here take a few hours to go visit the Hofwyl rice plantation. Tells the history of what brought people to the Brunswick area. Very Serene walking beneath those majestic water oaks.

This was our first time here. The campground sites are pretty close together but not to bad. The grounds seem to be well taken care off.

Traveling with 3 kids on our way to Disney, pulling our 31 ft travel trailer, we called 4 hours before we wanted to stay, the lady who I talked to was super friendly! We arrived after they closed at 5pm and it was extremely easy to get to our site and it was a pull in site! It was an awesome stop overnight and are already planning a trip back to this campground in the future!!

Great, well maintained county campground. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Primitive sites a bit of a walk to bathroom. Beautiful lake with geese, and Riverview. Sweet bunnies roaming the area. Nice RV sites with large oak trees. Docks, boat ramp, swimming area. Close to St Simons Island. Would definitely recommend.

The primitive camping is just that. Nothing, but your tent. You have to walk across the street for restrooms. We had full hook up, which was great. Most all, if not all, camp sites had shade. A very nice place to walk or ride your bicycles around for exercise. Feeding the bunnies was our grandkids favorite part. We took paddle boards & we had enough room in the lake to do that without messing with the people fishing. So it seems. There's a designated area for you to swim which was nice. Besides bunnies, we seen fish, turtles, ducks, geese, & some deer one night. There's also a boat ramp for access to the ocean and a playground for the little kids. Our family had such a wonderful time that we have already booked another camping trip around the middle of July. If you didn't want to cook your own food, you are about 5 to 15 minutes away from a restaurant & shopping. Depending on which way you turn.

Beautiful campground, beautiful park! They have lots of rabbits there that come around to campground sites and at the entrance to the camp ground! We love going camping here because it has lots of scenery, a fishing lake, a fishing pier on the ocean side and a boat lanch! Beautiful campground!

Very rural, calm and quiet. We loved it. Though it rained all during our stay, the bunny who visited us and the peace and quiet was so needed. The area is lovely and we shopped and ate very well.

Great campground. They have bunnies and ducks that will often come right up to your campsite (you might want to bring carrots, collard greens, or some veggie to feed them). They have decent trails for running. This sits on water and 12 sites are waterfront. The only things we don't like are that they don't have online reservations, and they will not always let you pick your site. Most campgrounds do both including most state parks. I think they should add their park to reservations.gov if possible. But the staff are very accommodating and helpful, and the park is peaceful, clean, and scenic. There is also good privacy in most but not all sites (meaning most have vegetation between sites but some don't). All sites that we've seen are a good size. Overall recommended!

Clean beach area and bathrooms. I love being able to see whats in the water. Lots of fun when the fish swim up close too. The kids spent a great deal trying to catch them in buckets. No fish or kids were harmed in process 😊Also had the joy of saying hi to a friendly little rabbit.
