Walmart Neighborhood Market

It's a nice and guaint place to do alot of shopping for certain items, things and goods. That I cannot find at the Walmart Store in Jesup, and the Neighborhood Walmart Store in Hinesville, Georgia. Otherwise keep stocking up the shelves in Jesup, GA. So that Us Shoppers, Families and Business will Shop at your establishments!

I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered this Market. It is so impressive and what a great selection in produce and selection throughout the store.....I went there for the pharmacy where I was met with the nicest people working there. I would diffintly recommend this store.

The remodel / update is great. More self pay lines and getting used to the moves that seem to work.

Everything a grocery needs to have and more. Wonderfully nice and helpful workers. Easy to get around in and I was in one of their wheelchairs. Well stocked too. Bravo people!

Didn't take long to find the items that I want, because they don't move things around to keep your waiting time longer....choose items, pay for items, exit store, done. That fast.

Tried the pharmacy here. They are on point. Quickest in-and-out EVER. My script was ready 2 minutes after I called it in. A model for every pharmacy and I hope someone with some pull is reading this review. Seriously. Great job, guys. If there were more stars, you'd get them!!

Everything seemed to be stocked up, although if you're using the curbside pickup I would advise you to just go in if possible. Last time I did curbside pickup it took 2 hours past the pickup time to get our order of only 18 items.
They definitely need to improve this service.

Shopping was easy and everything well marked with the prices visible and easy to read. Also found staff and other customers very friendly and helpful

Cashier Joshua was amazing. Very friendly and took time to clean the “hot spot” areas between each customer. He also changed his gloves and made conversation. In these time it was comforting to have a cashier pay so much attention to detail and attempt provide assurance to the customers. Only complaint is that the manager made a few smart comments to him that he was taking to long and that’s why his line was long. I personally thought the extra steps he was taking to protect his customers was worth the wait and I made sure to tell her.

This was one of the most pleasant Walmart store I have visited. I'm 65 and the staff was so courteous.
Three or four helped find my items and not just pointing me to the aisle.
The cashier was very friendly and everyone had smiles.
I was well pleased.
I wish all Walmarts were run like this one

I was at the Pharmacy and grocery check out this trip. Both the pharmacist and tech were friendly and efficient. My prescription was ready when I arrived. Evidently they have a new 30 minute fill policy so they are able to speed things up once they get your prescription from either you if your doctor.
Register check out is always a challenge. I only had a few items so I did self check out. I would prefer to go through the manned check out. Walmart and their subsidiaries should rethink their check out and add more cashiers than self service. More jobs, more customer service, more Goodwill.
I recommend neighborhood market over Walmart Superstore any day if they have what you need.

Finally ..... Walmart Neighborhood Store seems to be getting better trained employees
Because today shopping experience was easy and employees asking several times if I needed anything. And actually helped when I did. Did not ignore customers or be rude. Was actually a pleasure to shop today. Makes me remember how people and companies used to care about service to customers. Good job Walmart!!!

The associates are so very helpful with my needs, since I have handicapped issues. I will always go there because some of the staff even took the time to remember me by name. Highly polite, professional and a joy to be around!

The pharmacy staff is the best and the pharmacist always has time to talk with you and answer your questions. They always make you feel like they genuinely care. Very polite and helpful.

I left my phone in the restroom yesterday June 29 and the girls working at the customer service desk saved it and happily returned it back to me with a great sense of humor. They were wonderful!

I call it the "baby Walmart"! Good shopping, you will always see your friends and neighbors in there. Even standing in long lines is not bad when you can share a laugh and appreciate the money saved from shopping here. The customer service is top notch, even in the pharmacy!

My only problem was they had just 1 wheelchair...folks with disabilities needing wheel chairs need not go there or bring your own...everything else was great

They always have a good selection of not only basic items but some surprising things too (duck fat and almond paste come to mind), it is easy to maneuver, and the staff is usually nice.

Very good produce section. Walked in this morning and saw a table of yellow squash that looked like it was straight from my daddy's garden. Also hats off to the pharmacy staff. Very courteous and helpful.
