I had been looking for silk flowers to use in my wedding at couldn't find anyplace that had enough. I decided to stop on a whim and was thouraly pleased that had tons of them and they were even on sale.

The young lady who checked me out was amazing, very kind and thoughtful.Businesses could certainly use more like her. She was on point in every aspect.

Always a good selection of stuff at great prices.

They have all kinds of items. Food, house wares, automotive, videos, music CDs DVDS, and easonal items such as Christmas. They have many more items as well. They had neck gaiters 2 for $5.00 in a pack. I bought a pair.

Love big lots however their prices have gone way up with everyone else's.

This store was exceptionally clean and very well organized. I was in and out within minutes. It was before 9:00 am and the cashier was warm, friendly and encouraging. Might not be what everyone wants but she made an impression on me today. Thank you for going out of your way to be kind to your customers and it's people like you that make stores successful. I've been to this particular location a handful of times in the past decade. It has always been a pleasant experience and this one was no different. A good selection of items. I was greeted at the door and I know that it sounds old school but a simple greeting goes a long way. The store was very clean and well organized. I will definitely be going back if I'm in the area. It definitely beats standing in line just to bag your own items.

This store is so nice, clean. Jordan was our salesman and assisted with my credit card application as well as my furniture purchase. Jordan is outstanding, knowledgable, answered all my questions and helped me with my rewards online saving me over $200 on my purchase. I am very pleased and plan to use the 6 month no interest payoff plan. My next purchase will be the beautiful sectional.Thank you Big Lots for great products, prices and customer service.

I'm from Jacksonville but decided to do a quick run in while I was here. By far the best laid out and clean store I've been to. Selection is much better than any other store I've shopped at. Worth the drive and will make it when I redo my guest room!!!

The employee was nice and offered to help me with a cart so I did not have to walk around looking for one. The front of the store was arrange so beautiful and things were very low in prices. I was amazed at how much they had added new items for the home and relaxation in one yard. I enjoyed shopping there and looking around as I fill my cart with some of everything's for the bathroom make over, kitchen items, and food. Go back and check it out for yourself.

Hadn't been in a while due to Covid, but went to our local Big Lots today. It was clean, spacious and filled with great items, from furniture to home decor. Lots of great food items too. Always loved Big Lots, and it looks like they have made it even better.

Helpful and friendly staff I got a recliner and the box would not fit in my suv the guy helped my husband take it out the box and fit it in my vehicle safely. I have a broken neck and this is the best thing ever for me I can now sit comfortably with my family and watch tv instead of being in bed all day absolutely amazing recliner at an amazing price

It looks spectacular. Everything in there was spaced out enough. That you could find anything You need with ease.. shopping there was a pleasure. The cashier was pleasant. And very Friendly. I will be going back there again soon.

I had a panic attack while we where shopping. I had to sit down on one of the display love seats. An employee came up and asked if we needed any help. I explained I was having a panic attack and would be fine once I got threw it. Most ppl freak out when you tell them something like that but she did not! Others remaining calm during a panic attack actually helps the person panicked. Once I started to feel a little better I made my way towards the bathroom and wanted my boyfriend to go in with me( Sometimes I get faint after one) I asked the same employee if that was ok( he was like I can't go in the women's restrooms) and she said absolutely fine!

I was surprised to see how the store was rearranged and organized. I really like the makeover. Everything was neat, in place, clean and with new registers. Unfortunately I I went there to buy two items but the store didn't carry it.
