I went to the store to get some flowers that could do well in a colder weather. I really did not know what to buy. Elena at the garden area was extremely helpful and showed me all options. She also showed me what soil is best to buy. I went with pansy and viola. Thank you very much to Elena for all her help, and being so knowledgeable about flowers. Great customer service!

I am thrilled with my experience at Lowe’s this past week. I previously purchased a washing machine at their major competitor. Big mistake. I bought it there on 9/29,w/delivery on the 9th. It didn’t come & they didn’t even inform me. Then they kept pushing it out, w/the most recent delivery date of 10/18. On 10/11, I went to Lowe’s in 31525. John, in sales was awesome. Found me a better washer for the same price &I received it yesterday 😊 The delivery men were terrific too! James & Dashaun were professional & even helped me reattach my dryer vent hose! A perfect experience ❤

Fast helpful service. Many items in stock for hurricane assistance including water, generators, fuel cans, portable a/c units, canned fuel, chainsaws. But No dehumififiers currently In stock though.

Always find what you need! Coffe in the am is wonderful kinda of a one stop shopping on the way to work. Friends ask about coffee and enjoy your shopping!

Wow! What a great experience. I came in Thursday night 03/30 and Stuart was over the top helpful. He helped me with a vanity selection and helped me get it in the car. He was incredibly kind and patient. Really makes me think this store is ran by great people. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had the best experience in the store this week. We needed help in the paint dept and we’re fortunate enough to have Timeera help us. She couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you Lowe’s.

The store is clean and clutter free. Easy to find everything I need. The Lawn and garden area is usually well stocked

Great customer service and selection. I was in and out very quickly. I had to get a mini fridge because my refrigerator is not working they helped me put it in the car and it works wonderfully the price was excellent.

I had “the” best experience ever at Lowe’s yesterday! I approached an employee (Dorthea) with a question about a product I wanted to buy.
She was somewhat familiar with the product but wasn’t able to give an absolute answer. She then sought out another employee (Terry)who Dorthea said would be able to answer my questions concerning the product.

Not only did both of the ladies answer my questions, which I appreciated…. But, they both went out of their way to help me. They personally escorted me to the area and made sure I found exactly what I needed.

I’m taking the time to share this because as we all know, many places are short staffed, employees are overworked and tired. Many times, we aren’t able to get the help we need and it is easy to walk away frustrated.

That wasn’t the case at all for me at Lowe’s of Brunswick. These ladies were more than happy to help! Thanks for a great shopping experience ladies!! 😁

Best experience ever at this Lowe's yesterday! Johnnie in Lawn and Garden went above and beyond with the purchase and loading of our mulch! First time ever I have not had to touch a bag until I was unloading it at home. And such a sweet smile and personality!

Always super friendly staff! Variety of plants, nice clean store with excellent selections. Staff is always willing to help find an item.

Great customer service! I was looking for new plants for my yard and Elena was very helpful and knowledgeable about all kinds ofplants. She helped me to puck just what I needed. She was very friendly and respectful.

Lowe's has it all and the staff are really nice. They will actually help you find stuff instead of just telling you what aisle it's on. The showroom is very clean and well stocked. The project planning team is so awesome to work with. Mike is just about to most creative home design guy I've met. He also helped us plan out all of our options and was absolutely zero pressure.

Love walking the clearance sections but really went for wood. Always great selections. Two different employees came over and asked if I needed help another employee was explaining security cameras to a family.
