Embassy Suites by Hilton Brunswick

Can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They went over and beyond on Customer Service. The bartenders, Corey and Jessica were very attentive and friendly. They really care about what they do. Exceeded all expectations.
Breakfast made to order was great. Check in quick and easy. Happy hour offered a generous snack bar and 2 free limited drinks for 90 minutes or so. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Don't let the parking lot make you judge a book by its cover. Turn a page and you walk into a clean and completely friendly environment. The staff was great. The room was clean and welcoming. On par for Embassy Suites breakfast. Would stay here again.

This was an excellent location near the mall but still away from the traffic. Looks like a movie Theater next door. The staff was very nice. The two ladies at breakfast were super nice and accommodating. My pictures are from Room a corner room with a King size bed. The room door is at the end of a hallway but it's not tucked away like it appeared on the map. Still a great option though! I would definitely select this location when staying g in Brunswick again.
Fyi, parking is free and location is close to the interstate.

I still gave this 5 stars, despite the strangeness of the location. The service truly was excellent. We arrived on New Years Day at about 6:00 pm, just in time to catch the evening social before it closed at 6:30. We had booked and checked in through the app, but stopped by the reception desk to pick up an extra key (in addition to the digital key in the app). Attendant was helpful and friendly. The bar/dining room was clean and nicely appointed. The bartender and the waitress (Toni) were attentive and friendly. The snacks were *meh*, popcorn, potato chips and dip, some cheese cubes (only one kind) and crackers. I've had better at other Embassy Suites. The drinks were good. They have a specific selection of free spirits during the evening social, or you can pay to upgrade. We were able to get mixed cocktails (Cosmo and Tequila Sunrise) with the house brands and they were tasty. Our room we exactly as expected, neat, clean, comfortable. It was the typical living room, followed by kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and real glasses), then King bedroom. I love the separate spaces. I wish they had provided real coffee cups. Temperature controls worked well. Overall, great stay.

That all said, the location is very strange, although it's not really the hotel's fault. It is on the side/rear of the Glynn Place Shopping Mall. The mall appears to be mostly defunct, although there is a lot of construction material near what once an anchor store. I'm sure the ghost town effect was amplified by the fact that it was New Year's Day evening. But I didn't want to drive (cocktails!) and didn't feel comfortable walking to the nearest restaurants. They do have a decent menu at the hotel restaurant and a nominal charge for room service.

Despite being located at the back side of a declining Mall, the hotel is a little older but still very nice. Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. As with most Embassy locations, the rooms are a good bit larger than most. The included breakfast, especially the cook-to-order omelet and waffle station, has plenty to choose from and is the best we've experienced with any hotel chain. We were especially appreciative of the early check-in (3 p.m.) and later check-out (12 noon). We were in town for a wedding and related events and the Embassy was quite convenient to where we needed to be.

Wonderful place to stay off base when attending FLETC!!! Free BK and Managers reception (chips/salsa/fruit/2 free drinks) daily. The staff are super polite and the rooms are quiet and clean!! I stay here every time when down in this area for work. One of the best Embassy Suites that I stay at!!

Jerk Chicken Caribbean wings (nice evening reception Happy Hour selections for food - weekly specials and drinks (whiskey is available on HH at the bar) 😋 wonderful cook to order omelettes and breakfast selections, corner rooms always have more space😉, Peloton workout bike with headphones available, friendly front desk and hotel staff members 💕quaint location by the mall (next to movie 🍿 🎥 theater), free parking and beautiful hotel atrium setup, thanks for making our hearts smile😍!

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a while. I wanted a quieter area in Brunswick as it was New Year's Eve. This hotel didn't disappoint. I didn't use the restaurant so I can't comment on that, but the breakfast and fitness room was very nice. The beauty of the set up of these rooms meant there would be no noises from rooms directly across from you. All rooms surround a large open space below. My only complaint was the staff should have posted a sign on the left side elevator. (There were only 2). The left elevator would not go to all of the floors. So rather than push a fully loaded cart onto it & pressing the 3rd floor button numerous times, it would have been helpful to let guests know to only use the right-side elevator.
I understand things malfunction from time to time, but a simple note would have been quite helpful. This is also true for the treadmill in the fitness room on the far left side. Several guests attempted to fiddle with the buttons to no avail. There were 2 other treadmills which functioned properly and were used by guests while I was there. They also have elliptical machines and a Peloton bike (for cardio).

I have absolutely no complaints!
Everyone was super nice and very very helpful, going over and beyond.

Exceptional Stay at Embassy Suites Brunswick, GA

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Suites in Brunswick, GA, and I must say, it was an absolutely phenomenal experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with impeccable customer service by Matthew, delightful food, and the kind of warmth and care that truly made this hotel stand out.

Customer Service:

The front desk staff at this hotel was second to none. Taylor, who I can only describe as having the best personality ever (and such pretty nails), was a true gem. Matthew, Renee, Edna, and Diane were equally outstanding, ensuring that all my needs were not just met, but exceeded. ALL of their efficiency and friendliness left a lasting impression on me.

Corey and Richard the waiter were an absolute joy to interact with, always ready to make the dining experience even more memorable. I didn't dine there every night, but when I did, I was met with smiles, warmth, and a level of service that made each meal an event to savor. My stay from September 22nd to October 7th was made all the more memorable thanks to the food and the incredible staff.

As a travel agent myself, I understand the importance of a good guest experience, and I will definitely be sending my clients to Brunswick based on the outstanding experience and customer service that this hotel provided.

I also want to share a heartwarming experience with Corey. Each night, as I came through the doors of the lobby, he would always greet me with a warm smile and a friendly wave. One day, I was having issues with my room key, and I noticed Corey coming towards the door. To my surprise, as I finally got the door opened I assumed he was leaving out. He said "I was coming to let you in. I heard you struggling." It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly cared for.

In summary, my stay at Embassy Suites Brunswick, GA, was nothing short of exceptional. The front desk staff, and the kitchen crew, under the guidance of Mr. Mike, made this trip unforgettable. The care and warmth shown by all the staff members I encountered, from Renee to Richard, and the small but significant acts of kindness like Corey's, left me with a desire to return to this wonderful establishment.

Additionally, I believe Embassy Suites should consider expanding its offerings to cater to vegan diets in the future. Mr. Mike's and Mr. Chris efforts to accommodate my vegan diet were truly appreciated, and it would be wonderful to see more options available for guests with dietary restrictions. Thank you for making my stay so memorable, and I look forward to my next visit!

This was a great hotel all around. The staff were so incredibly nice and I loved that there was always someone at the front desk. Big benefits are the suite style rooms—great for business travel or leisure. The breakfast options are seemingly endless and the waffle and omelette station are great! My favorite feature though was the workout room. One of the best I’ve ever seen. Spacious and with top notch gear, including a Peloton bike! Rooms are spacious, but are in need of updating as the furniture and finishes are showing wear and tear. Clean though!

Excellent service and location near lots of food options. The rooms are a little dated, but the lobby and common areas are pretty nice. The breakfast is also above average.

I hardly ever write reviews but we stayed here a week for a work trip, and the bartender Corey who serves drinks and snacks up at the reception had our drink order down by our second night and would have it waiting for us each night when we came down—and THAT kind of service is unmatched these days. Would stay here again 10/10 because of that kind of attention to detail.

The kids loved the breakfast choices and the rooms are larger than a typical hotel. We had a great week!

We stayed for 1 night while traveling. The check-in and out were fast and easy. The suite was very clean, and breakfast was delicious.

Wonderful stay and the breakfast was delicious! Dorian in the dining facility is AMAZING!! She loves and take extra care and pride in her job with making guests welcomed and enjoying their meals/stay! I can go on and on of her pleasant experiences! Great rooms and affordable prices!

We stayed here twice to and from our trip to Florida. I had to help my Mom with some personal family issues, and we decided to drive down from Maine instead of flying. Both times our experience was pleasant, when we first arrived we had made it in time for dinner and were able to order room service - perfect for after a long drive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for an overnight stay. On the return, we were able to sit down for dinner ar their restaurant and our server was so friendly - I'm blanking on her name but she's from Texas and when she found out we're from Maine exclaimed how she was looking forward to visiting so we were able to share some suggestions.

Once again, our room was clean and comfortable, just what was needed for an overnight stay. This time we were able to enjoy breakfast and it was great. The check in and check out process was easy, and everyone was so kind. The hotel itself was easy to find and nearby to shopping (which was good for us because I hadn't packed any summer clothes). Next time we hope to be visiting under better conditions but Embassy Suites was a wonderful respite. We can't thank you all enough for making our travels better.
