Today was my first time visiting this post office, because I’m new to the area. Typically when I go to a post office, I always find unpleasant attitudes. But today I had such a great experience. I went in for a passport appt. Not knowing what I was doing. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I also noticed that they have a great rapport with the locals. I had to leave a great review for them. Thanks Guys for such a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Hi everyone, went to this post office today, and "Stef an," a very kind and competent clerk, waited on me. He greets every customer at his counter with a cheerful, upbeat smile, which is a sign that he really appreciates what he does. You will enjoy your time at the post office after standing in line because of this clerk's positive energy.

I can't remember the last time I was at this location although I will say I do happen to love the Lawrenceville area, however this is a huge post office facility. They make getting your passport very very easy I mean they might as well just post the flyers on the outside when you're coming in because most post office really don't even display or remind you that you can set up an appointment or even do walk-ins which is amazing when it comes to getting your passport. I'm definitely going back to this location when I get ready to get my passport, also the clerks OMG very friendly I absolutely love this location so if and when I'm in the area and I need to get stamps or mail anything off I'm going back to this location!!!

Stefan and Aqua were very nice and patient with me while I picked out stamps for my wedding invitations. They even looked in the back to make sure I got ones that matched my envelopes. Most helpful and friendly USPS experience I’ve ever had.

Came at 4:30 on a Tuesday and waited about 3 minutes. Greg was one of the friendliest employees I've ever had the pleasure of working with at USPS. He helped me with my issue and got me on my way quickly.

I just love this Postal Service office on Boggs Road customer service is great supervisor in all the people that play a role at this particular post office I love you all for your services

The folks (especially the ladies) at the USPS sorting facility went way above and beyond the call of duty in helping me to find something that fell out of my package while it was passing through their machines. The best customer service that I have EVER experienced! Thank you so very much!

My son got an appointment for U.S passport at 9a.m. this morning.
Stefan called my son's name on time, he took care of us very friendly. All processing were done in 15min.
My son is a disabled adult, I went to be with him as a legal guardian and mom.
Thank you for Stefan's kindness for us. He's the best!

Came here for passports. We were seen on time and Stefan (retired Army) was so kind and got us in and out in no-time. Give that man a raise!

Staff were very nice. Not the norm for post offices that I have frequent and it was a Saturday. Very pleasant experience.

Went here to submit a passport renewal application for my son. We were in and out in 20 mins. Very courteous, efficient acceptance agent checked the paperwork, accepted the fees at the main counter and sent us on our way. Make sure all your documents are in order, go with more documents than you need (I took his birth certificate though his previous passport was sufficient citizenship proof and she needed to see and photocopy it) and it's an easy chore. This was the only location that had appointments within 25 miles of our home.

I gave 5 stars mainly to Mr. Stephan. He does the passport services at this location. He treats everyone with courtesy and respect. Very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, there is a woman coworker at the front desk that needs to take lessons from him how to treat customers for sure.

This may have been the most pleasant experience ever at a post office. Stefan was pleasant, kind & courteous.

I LOVE this post office. The people that work here are so kind and helpful and have the best customer service I've ever experienced at a post office before. My kids love coming with me to drop off packages just so they can say hi.

Delivered 25 pallets..no problems... in and out in under 1 hour. To deliver go to the end of the building to door 64. Go up narrow steps there and receiver is inside.

I have been to this branch before and have always had a great experience. There are post offices closer to my house than this one, but I only go here because the staff are great. I went to the post office today to replace my damaged passport, and I had a great experience. I showed up with all the required documents and forms filled out. I sat down with a lady named Bing, and she went through my application and caught a few mistakes I had made. I was thankful that she caught them or my application may have been denied. This process took about 10 minutes. I then paid my fees by purchasing a money order, and I was done. Overall a great experience, but I think this is largely because I made sure to come prepared.

I came here to send off some mail in person because I needed tracking. There were a few people in line and two associates working the counter, but their service was kind, efficient, and prompt. I can't remember the gentleman's name that assisted me (receipt says clerk 75), but he was awesome. Very kind and patient and made small talk. I understand what it's like to be short staffed and have a line, but the gentlemen working did a great job of keeping things moving while still delivering great customer service.

I always go here for my designated spot for dropping off packages with the Clip 'n Ship service. It's always quick and easy here, and they're super accommodating and helpful. Just one scan from my phone, they print it out the shipping label and put it on my package, then they hand over the tracking number. Easy. The ones closer to my house tend to be incredibly inefficient, forcing the customers to buy boxing tape if the customer doesn't have tape to mask over their shipping label and then forcing them to go to the back of the line again. However, I've never had that issue here. Definitely recommend this one.
