Xavier is the man! He made my experience excellent. I shop here often and he just started working here last week but even still made the effort to go above and beyond the standards of customer service and kindness. If you ever see Xavier here please give him thanks for me.

This is my favorite Kroger in the area. Always clean, has fresh food, employees are friendly and helpful. It is well organized and I am able to find the grocery items on my list easily. I do my weekly shopping here for the past few weeks. I was going to another Kroger’s but they were always out of items I needed. I can find everything here from soy milk to fresh coffee to fresh produce.

i usually shop at this kroger & their employee Xavier made my experience a lot better than usual. He’s really helpful and on top of everything. If you ever go to this Kroger, keep an eye out for Xavier, he’ll make your day better with one interaction 😊😊

Ok store decent price

I just moved to this area 7 months ago, I always get my crab legs from the deli. The two gentleman back there always go out the way to make sure I'm happy! They are always pleasant, curtious and friendly.

Received the best customer service at this Kroger today! Four different employees helped me out throughout my shopping trip and did it with a smile on their face and kindness. One man even opened a plastic bag for me and held it while I put my bananas in... sounds small but this was shocking because usually you can barely even get anyone to speak to you in stores anymore. So glad this is MY Kroger now since we just moved to the area! :-)

Most Tuesday evenings my wife and I come to this Kroger to purchase food for a Food Pantry we help with in Tucker at our Church. We are helped each week by Manoj and a rotating cast of high school and college students who cheerfully help us checkout two shopping carts piled high with food. They pleasantly bag everything and then help us load it in our car. Manoj is a wonderful and kind man and his coworkers follow his example. Thank you for the great help we receive each week and for the paper sacks we use to distribute food to people who are hungry.

Ed, the Pharmacist in the Cruse Crossing Kroger in Lawrenceville, GA has the best energy. He makes you feel like a Friend. He helped me get a Brand name prescription that none of the other Kroger Pharmacists were interested in helping me get. Due to the fact the he was willing to help and did get my special order the very next day for me, which was awesome. Generics have failed me so I had to go name brand and there is a huge difference. Now, the true Customer service. I just called Ed to ask him to reorder my prescription and he already did that and has it in stock for me. I am of the same nature that Ed is. One that truly cares about his Customers and their well being. I am so thankful to Ed and I will be a Cruse Crossing Kroger Customer going forward. Again, Thanks Ed!

Clean place. Good prices. One of the workers spent 10+ minutes helping me pick the right beer. Can't remember the last time someone was that courteous.

Customer service terrific upfront bit one lady in pharmcey is slow and dude not once every month but the pharmcey tech is so nice and caring and sincere and passionate like i said front end is so sweet and always want to help me cause i think they no i have health issues so thank you for your kindness and great support

My purpose for this visit was for their pharmacy, but with that said, everyone was kind and courteous. Store was very clean and well lit.
