I used Lazy Boys' Design Service . I worked with Naomi. She was great from start to finish. I redid my family room . I was given great advice on how to select pieces that fit my room, life style and personal likes. Naomi listened to what I wanted to express to my guests when they entered my home. I wanted a cozy yet classy look with colors of blues, gray and burnt orange. . I'm happy with the pieces I selected. Delivery is in several weeks. I can't wait. Spent quite a while speaking to the salesman/assistant manager, he knew his furniture forward and backward. It was a good talk. We bought a type of furniture that we hadn't seen before, subtly stylish, bright and happy. It's the very first piece we just put in our new home. Delivery was right on time with 20 minutes advance confirmation. A nice crew brought the chair in and set it up in 5 minutes, my schmoozing took 5 more. A good time was had by all, 5 stars all the way.

I was out looking for recliners for myself and my husband and I ended up at LA Z Boy furniture store in O Fallon. I was greeted by Emilio who was so friendly and took the time to help me with my decisions. He was so helpful and patient with me as it took me forever to finally pick out the chairs I wanted as there are so many to choose from. I would recommend this store and Emilio for sure!

We came in looking for a recliner for my mom. We were lucky enough to have Chamade as our salesman. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and has a wonderful personality which quickly made for a comfortable and pleasant experience. The store was well organized and stocked. We look forward to the delivery of our new recliner!

Our sales person her name was Alexia. She’s a 10 right when we walk in the door. She had her beautiful smile going and very very friendly and the best part is she let us roam around without bothering us. I love that but when it was time for business she knew her stuff, she helped us out so much that I can’t talk enough about her. She’s that good any questions we had she had the answers we will be back. Thank you Alexia

Had Nicole Jones as my sales associate and she was great. Helped me to find what I wanted and checked on colors available in the chair I liked. She went out of her way to help me and I also got the weekend sale. Very happy. Thanks.

Christi helped me to find a beautiful, functional living room set for a very reasonable price. The other staff were also very helpful when we came to pick up our furniture. Overall a great experience!

My experience with Lazy-Boy has been great. My husband and I were in the market to replace our old (17yrs) recliners which are Lazy-boys. Given how well they’ve held up over the years we returned to see the new styles and options. From our first interactions with Alexia to our design consultation experience with Naomi, it’s been top notch. Not only did we find new recliners that we loved we’re also investing in two lazy boy couches as well as accent tables and a few other furnishings. While we don’t have the new items yet, I can say the experience buying experience has been professional and easy. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable.

I’m very impressed with the quality of services very, selection is f furniture and design service cs available at La-Z-Boy in O’Fallon. Naomi and the design staff are very knowledgeable and designed a plan for my save taking into account my needs and likes for style, colors and comfort. I’m extremely pleased and grateful for their help with my home refresh project!

The store looks really nice. We worked with Naomi and definitely would recommend her. She is talented, patient, personable and passionate about finding the right design. She spent several hours with us to make sure we got the perfect solution.

Naomi at the O'Fallon, Missouri store was amazing to work with and helped us order the perfect recliner. She listened so well to what we wanted and had great suggestions for us. The showroom floor had so many of the different chair models for us to sit in snd see how we liked them. Also, the La-Z-Boy website is very user friendly and helped us to do some "pre-shopping" online to help us narrow down what we wanted to see at the store. We really like how the website gives very detailed dimensions of every aspect of each chair model. We have always loved the La-Z-Boy brand because of the great quality of their products and the great comfort too! We are excited for our new recliner!

We were greeted by Christi as we entered. She asked us questions to find out just what we were looking for. She took us around the showroom pointing out pieces that might work. Her extensive fabric knowledge helped us to customize our furniture order for the perfect living room in our house. Christi was totally professional, helpful, not pushy.. She's an excellent sales pro. You would be lucky if all your sales people were like her.

Alexia was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her knowledge was superb and she took the time to learn each of my family members names. I will definitely be returning for my furniture needs! Thank you for going above my expectations!

My husband and I were looking to buy a new couch and had purchased a LaZBoy recliner about a year ago and had a good experience so we knew we'd likely find what we were looking for here again. We had a pretty specific couch in mind and Christi helped us find the perfect piece of furniture! She was very helpful, asking what we were looking for, dimensions, color, etc and was able to point us to a couch they had in the floor that was recently returned and marked down to 50% off. We hadn't seen it ourselves when we walked through the store so I'm SUPER grateful she showed it to us. She also was nice enough to build out a custom couch with the design I originally had in mind and priced everything out for comparison but the one available on the floor was such a better deal with so many upgrades, it felt meant to be. She made the process enjoyable, quick, and helped us get the best piece of furniture for our growing family. Thanks Christi!

The store had many options and the salesperson was knowledgeable, professional, and in less than an hour we had purchased a powerlift chair and ordered the matching sofa, plus arranged delivery. Was a really good experience.

The salesperson (Chamade) was one of the best we’ve ever encountered. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and explained every detail of our purchase. He offered his assistance when we entered the store and didn’t bug us until we asked him to help us. He went over the purchase invoice more than once and double checked all of the details and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting for the purchase price. A pleasant experience and we would recommend him to anyone in the market for furniture.

Our sale associate worked diligently to satisfy our needs. Absolutely zero pressure through the entire process. Much time spent helping to select the correct style and fit for the two of us. When I asked about construction, he grappled a chair off the floor, flipped it upside down and explained the construction completely. I’m an engineer so it’s hard to satisfy me. He did so completely, answering all of my questions. We came back the next day and completed the sale. A little pricey. However after all the discussions, the value is obvious and definitely worth the price.

Lazyboy has beautiful furniture. Logan explained our options well for each of the pieces we were interested in and was very patient. Our favorite furniture we have owned over the last 28 years came from Lazyboy.

Upon relocating to the greater St Louis area from Northern California after 43 years, we needed to replace all of our home furnishings. In selling our home, we opted to sell "turn key" and start a new. Living in the Cascade mountains limited access to numerous creature comforts, not to mention furniture stores. When starting our search for new furniture, we knew La-Z-y Boy would be our starting point. The staff at the O Fallon store introduced themselves and assured us they would answer any questions and lend design assistance, if needed. Upon making our selection, Christi was very attentive to our questions and concerns, offering additional insight and considerations which enabled us to make an informed purchase. Her attention to detail in coordinating fabric selections for our sofa and chairs was invaluable. We have purchased many pieces of La-Z-y Boy furniture in the 50+ years we've been married and have never been disappointed with the level of service and care taken in making our purchases.
