If you find yourself at the courthouse for any reason (jury duty, trial, whatever), this Chic-fil-a is a much appreciated spot to grab a bite quick.

There was a less than 10min break from the courthouse, and I was able to walk across the street, pick up some food, and make it back in time.

The food is up to par with any other Chic-fil-a, the staff was very friendly, and as I said, fast.

I ordered a platter of chicken strips for a party. My platter was ready on time. I was greeted immediately. The chicken was done to perfection. Thank you for good service. My party guests were happy.

This is yet the best chick-fil-a I’ve been too! I come here every morning and the breakfast is always fresh, hot, and great, the biscuit taste like creamy butter and the chicken taste like it has just been cooked! My FAVORITE PLACE! Not to mention the young females who work here love their job and are so sweet and helpful! Love this place!

A pleasurable experience to say the least. Very accommodating and generous staff. Facilities are state of the art and very clean, with security on standby busy store has a problem. The food was exquisite and came to me quick without a hitch. We all know chil fila in Atlanta can be hit or miss, but don't worry this chick hits.

They brought my food out before I even got to the table, that’s the fastest service I’ve ever gotten from any restaurant, including other CFAs!

The better side of fast food when I can afford it.. People are always courteous service is outstanding, clean facility..All restaurants should pattern themselves after Chick-fil-A..After all they pattern themselves after Kingdom principles. There is no better.!!!

This location has great and fast service. I order a vanilla ice coffee to go and it was ready 3 minutes after I order it. I was so surprised that it was prepared so quickly. The price was reasonable and the taste was good.

During lunchtime two staff members took drive-through orders to expedite the process.

The food is always great the restaurant has a very good atmosphere, however, the staff for there to be so many people running the store, you still have to wait in the drive thru, inside the restaurant for your meal, and I’ve seen some of the workers not be as friendly as they are supposed to be. Thank you for allowing my feedback.

One of the few restaurants in downtown Decatur that allow the homeless to use their bathroom without having to purchase an item. Love the free coffee for seniors as well even though I don't drink coffee I can offer it to someone else who is homeless who cannot make the short trip/walk to the restaurant under certain circumstances. The men's bathroom is clean and maintained daily.
