He diligently went through all discovery documents and showed up prepared for our hearing, and won an judgement that my child deserves. If you have family matters, get him on your side!

We recently hired Jim DeLorenzo as our attorney. It was last minute but thank God we did! He met us at Frederick courthouse within just 3 hours of notice. My husband was charged with 1st and 2nd degree assault by the police officer (will not get into details) and arrested. The very next day, Jim met us in court and was able to get my husband released on Bail which is nearly impossible however, my husband did not have any priors. Long story short…Jim was able to arrange a plea with my husband and we were able to get him out on just one misdemeanor charge. He was able to get the state to drop the array of other charges including the most serious which was the felony. This entire ordeal has been very stressful for us. Jim walked us through the process step by step. He was always available to communicate. His advice and expertise was nothing short of amazing. He kept us updated on the case daily. Hired for a custody case 5 years ago, and we couldn’t be happier with Chris Rolle’s work. We got lucky and the other side ran out of money early on. So we settled everything long before our court date. Previously we had every other weekend visitation, and the other party had full custody. Now we have full physical custody (50% legal custody), except for annual summer visitation.

But things have definitely gone smoother because Mr. Rolle was our attorney. First of all, he used his awesome paralegal for a lot of the paperwork and “contract” writing which saved us a ton of money. The wording in the new custody order is excellent, through, and well thought out, without being cumbersome for either party. Our rights are well defined, but our legal responsibilities/duties to the other party are spelled out as minimally as possible. Even now, 5 years later, we are finding that the wording of some clauses is saving us a lot of trouble. It cuts down on a lot of the former drama. And we wouldn’t have thought of that sort of subtle wording ourselves.
