CubeSmart Self Storage

Originally chose not to rent a unit bc CubeSmart was requiring purchase of insurance. After hanging up, local manager (Leah) called me with a solution to use an existing renter’s insurance policy to meet the requirement for CubeSmart. She was trained well on how to overcome the problem, reached out quickly to offer the solution, and was ready to execute the contract when I showed up at the location. Couldn’t ask for more than that!

I had a wonderful experience using this Cube Smart to store my stuff for the past year. The employee was extremely helpful. Had no issues or damage to any of our things in the climate controlled unit. My biggest fear was bugs, and there was absolutely no issues with that. During the move out process, we were shown the back loading dock, which made things 100% easier to get onto our 26-footer moving truck. The employee also handed us bottles of cold water as it was a very hot day. Excellent customer service overall. Easy communication over the phone for the checkout process. Would highly recommend.

Facility is clean and in working order. Very easy to access storage unit. Staff is kind and helpful. Prices are very fair. Perfect climate controlled and safe facility to store my college student’s belongings over the summer.

Jo and Leigh are wonderful to work with! That made moving in, not 1 unit but 2 so nice and pleasant! Hopefully we want be moving again but if I did, I would use them!!

You have a very clean facility. Storing my things was very easy and carefree. Very well lit with plenty of storage space within the units. Also they have carts to help carry your merchandise in for easy toting. The staff is very nice and friendly. They always notify you immediately if there is any problem that come up. There is always that nice and friendly service there. You gotta love them! Two thumbs up!

CubeSmart is a first rate Self Storage facility. The buildings/units are very clean, great lighting and plenty of storage space. To that end, I would like to shower Praise on Jo L. She was wonderful to work with, very kind and personable. Thanks a bunch... and I would highly recommend this Company without any reservation.

Very pleasant experience! Jo was very helpful in showing the facility and explaining contract and billing information. Upon my return she and her co-worker made the contract experience very easy and efficient. The facility is in great condition and we look forward to using our space for quite a while.

We recently moved from Illinois to Winston-Salem and selected Cube Smart for our storage needs based on the reviews here. I have to tell you that they did not disappoint. From the very beginning, Jo the manager at this location was simply awesome! She could not have been any nicer and so helpful with the entire process. She maintains a super clean facility and is a pleasure to deal with. Even the day we were moving in, it was very warm and she brought us some cold bottles of water right to our unit. We ended up needing a second unit and Jo went right to work to find one close to our main unit that was just the size we needed. I told Katie the general manager that we had a great experience as customers at this facility and Jo was 90% of the reason. The other 10% is the company itself and it's high standards and training provided to all of it's associates in delivering outstanding service and great facilities. We give this location the highest recommendation! Five Stars!

Jo was wonderful. She helped me complete everything over the phone. She was courteous, kind and very personable. I did make it out later that day to see the unit and puck up the lock. Jo greeted me, took me to the unit and explained everything. She made sure i understood everything before i left. She encouraged me to call her if i had any questions, concerns or comments. The buildings are very well kept, airy and bright lighting...perfect condition.

It was a fast and easy process and the location is really well managed, clean, and easily accessible.

Definitely a 5 star is deserved! Both Katie & Jo were very warm & inviting.. Facility is very modern, clean and well lit! Storage unit was very clean and spacious and I also received a great promotional offer. Cube Storage is definitely where you need to be for your storage needs! One of the best business experiences of my life! Staff is friendly, facility is accomodating, convenient, and clean, and the pricing is great. I am storing my things here over summer break, and their over-the-phone payment system is fantastic! Definitely will be a return customer for as long as I stay in Winston.

I would highly recommend CubeSmart. The rental process was very easy! The agent answered all my questions and set me up with the appropriate storage unit I needed. The storage facility is immaculate! While moving stuff into storage, Joan, checked in with us to see if we needed anything and also clarified how to lock up the unit. It was great that they had multiple carts we could use to transfer items from the Uhaul to the unit. They have a spotless bathroom inside the storage area! I was very happy with the whole rental process and feel very comfortable with my belongings in their storage unit. The only thing I didn’t know about was that they have a moving truck you can use for free. I was only moving locally so this would have saved me about $80. Ask about the free use of their truck being an option.

EXCELLENT! Katie and her staff are great. We had to put a house full of stuff into storage, not knowing how much space we needed, we started with a 10 x 15 when the movers showed up that quickly filled up. Not to worry Katie worked to find a 10 x10 close by and problem solved. No matter what your storage situation I would call Katie at Cube Smart to help out.
