Amazing food, excellent service. Can't say enough positive things about Wags. Recommend for anyone visiting downtown. Keep an eye open for the entrance as it's about ten steps below street level. I had the Grilled Cheese hamburger and a cup of White Bean soup, both specials the day I visited.

Wags is a great place, it's Wags!
You are in a basement but that is the cool vive. Service is very good and although the menu is mostly sandwiches that's what you come here for. Try a bowl of the Wags fries. The cheese steaks are fantastic and if you love roast beef, this is your place. Be careful you could walk right by it and miss this gem.

Amazing food and service. It’s a dive bar that brings it in every way. Locals love it, as do I. Get the burger or cheesesteak. You will not be disappointed!! And the fries…sublime. Will 100% be back.

Awesome little basement resturant. The Philly burger was phenomenal and the chili I had was full of flavor. Highly recommend this place for eating in general. Event or time of day is irrelevant.

Wag's is definitely a dive bar, situated in a basement downtown in Frederick. I ordered a double cheeseburger, it was fresh and juicy with the cheese beautifully melted on! The fries weren't my favorite, but they weren't horrible either. Tons of beer specials as well, $1 happy hour!

I've been wanting to check this place out for awhile now since hearing it recommended everywhere as the best burger in town, and man it did not disappoint! Definitely recommend this spot for top notch food and excellent service!

This was an amazing place for dinner, I was so happy with the service and the food was outstanding, the burger was delicious and the fries were like Thrashers fries in Ocean City and it was a perfect thing to hit the spot!!! I wish I could give it more stars!!!

Wags is an amazing location situated right in down town Frederick. If on a budget and looking for amazing food, this is your spot. I go here all the time, I recommend it to anyone who comes into town or I am entertaining. The fries are delicious, the buns are always crisp, and the meats are very fresh. This place is a dive bar, and it lives up to anyone’s expectation of a dive bar. The bartenders are amazing at what they do, and the waiters really do want you to feel welcomed and at home. If new to this place order the fat jack or bacon steaken cheese. For drinks you can’t go wrong with a Long Island tea or a Jackie!

Wag's is an Awesome place! Nothing fancy just a laid back whole in the wall kind of place. I've been here several times, but I can never get past the burgers! They are so good and I’m sold on the Ruben burger as my #1.
I can’t speak to the rest of the food on the menu but I’m sure it’s great! One day hopefully I’ll try it. Great place check them out!

Very small and very intimate and quaint. the food is fantastic. The service even better! The prices are amazing for the quality. I will go back again and again.

Cheap drinks, only tried two foods.
The shrimp bisque- delicious, and the sliced beef with grilled onions. Which was kind of flavorless. Next time will have to try their burgers.

A laid-back and cozy sit anywhere place. Amazing customer service and friendly atmosphere. The burgers were fantastic! They have yuengling on draft.
