I'm a disabled person and I have needed to stop by the doctors, I didn't want cheap food so I stopped by. I found the whole place rather accessible except for one table placed in a little strange position. The food was delicious. I had a longboard chicken pesto. for long board. chicken pasta was a bit heavier than I expected but still delicious. The fries were great and the lady was kind enough to bring me some mustard. if I'm in town I will definitely eat again. the whole place look clean and everybody was pleasant. The music was '70s '80s and the whole place had a sort of feel of a early '90s resource room. it was actually strangely pleasing 💯😋

All in all I would eat here again and try a few other things that they've got!!!!

Great service and food! First visit this morning 3/6. I used to work at this location when it was Fredericks Carryout 20+ years ago.

As soon as you walk in it has a by the beach type vibe. The young man that greeted me and took my order was such a kind soul. It’s so humbling to see that in this day and time.

It was my first time, so I asked him to suggest a few things, and he did. Everything looked good on the menu. There are a lot of options. I got the club sandwich. Everything was perfect about it!! It also had a slight sweetness to it, maybe the onions, but it gave it a special touch. When I unwrapped my sandwich there was a little cookie in there which was also really good. I have heard about the hush puppies so many times so I had to try them. It’s a nice size order…10 hush puppies. Definitely will be getting them again!!!!

If you are looking for a quick bite to eat with great food and service, this is the spot!

Super Cute sub shop. Sit inside or out. Relaxing & laid back. I totally enjoyed my "Hey Dude" Longboard vegetarian sub. Very refreshing, light w/just a little sweetness. And, the little sweet treat for the end. Perfect & super fun! TY!

Such a fun atmosphere, the decor was cute and felt like it took me to the beach! The staff was so pleasant and helpful. we all need that beach feeling when it’s cold and gloomy out! The food was outstanding! The fries are on another level. I highly recommend the BLT (best bacon on a blt I’ve ever had) & the boneless wings are out of this world.

If I could say “delicious” in all languages I would!!! The food is amazing! On top of that there’s a very family-like energy when you first come in. Everyone is so kind! My favorite sandwich is the Cowabunga. Everything is literally so fresh too, nothing frozen!

This was my 1st visit. They were low on chips but everything else was in stocks. The staff was really nice and polite. The service (delivery of food from the kitchen) was slow. I chalked that up to them being a small shop and it being the lunch rush. I think they make everything on the spot. Nothing is truly prepped for a high volume of customers. I ordered the chicken cheese steak and it was delicious.

This place was just a great find! They have amazing service and food! I highly recommend the Godfather, hush puppies, and the Ruben. You also get a cute little cookie with every sandwich ☺

Great place, good prices. I ordered the Godfather sandwich and an order of hush puppies. Both were delicious but the hush puppies were amazing. I highly recommend checking this place out. My order also came with a tiny cookie which perfect.

One of the faves when it comes to sand which joints around downtown Frederick.

In my experiences, the staff are all very friendly and it goes pairs great with some delicious food.

Think about it, you go to a food establishment and your service is shoddy or straight up not up to par. Maybe they hate their job, maybe they hate life, but you know that food wasn’t made with love.

At 7th Street Sandwich Shop, you get the T.L.C. your food deserves.

To top of off, the murals on their walls are dope.

They also support a local college where my sister currently plays basketball at.

Still delicious! Anything with roasted or marinated vegetables is on point!

This is my favorite sandwich shop ever. They make delicious sandwiches and salads, they hire good people, and they use quality foods. Their veggie club is like nothing I've found on a menu anywhere, and it is delicious. I am not a vegetarian, but it is my sandwich of choice here. Try it!

The sandwiches were delicious!! All on homemade rolls, portions were good, handcut fries were good, and I loved the cornmeal type hushpuppies.

Great food and prices! Staff served us well. I enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger.

Went there today! I had the shroomin steak and cheese sub- amazing! Great portion of meat and they were willing to hollow out the sub bread because I didn't want so much. My friend had the salad; it was a big portion and he liked the ranch.
We got drinks, which took a bit longer to make because of the "lunch rush," but everything tasted really good. The young lady behind the counter made the drinks and took orders, so we definitely understood and had no problem waiting. She was very sweet and so apologetic, to the point where I felt bad because she kept apologizing. Overall... great food, staff, and first time experience! Will definitely be going back!!

If you live in Frederick MD and haven't yet tried 7th Street Sandwich Shop, do yourself a favor and go fo lunch. This time I got the Italian Cow sandwich. I got it with "everything." Not even sure what all that includes, but wow it was good. The light vinigret and deli mustard compliment the abundant quality meats. There was a cute little chocolate chip cookie wrapped up in it as a free sample. Nice touch. They are made there too. They make their own breads also.

Such good food & great service for our daily office lunch pick-up🙃 try the boneless wings and fries my favorite items on the menu.

I don't think I have ever gotten a salad from a restaurant that had more toppings than lettuce, but I have now! I wish I had taken a picture because the salad was beautiful! It had blackened steak, crispy onions, blue cheese, tomatoes, (which I don't eat but they were actually good), and grilled corn. I expected to take part of the salad home but I just couldn't stop!

Now I am going to crave that salad!

10/10 love the surf vibes and you get a little cookie with your sandwich! So cute!

The sandwiches and salads here are out of this world. This is such a unique little sandwich shop, very artsy. I love the idea of a sandwich being referred to as a board. Surf's Up!
