My Salesman Carl Morrison made my car purchase seamless and no hassle with the back and forth negotiation on pricing. From the initial call and speaking to Carl about the vehicle, he was very detailed and knowledgeable about Cadillac’s products and services. I also had the opportunity to interact with the Sales Manager Nubian Holmes and really appreciated his upfront approach and details on what they were able to offer. I’ve purchased many vehicles during my time and this was by far the best experience I have encountered. A friend of mine purchased a 2023 Honda CRV a few days ago and I went along for the ride. Our salesman, Reggie Batts was amazing and made the whole process a breeze! He was very knowledgeable and professional and a great guy to boot! Please ask for Reggie if you are in the market for a new/used car. Virgil Garcia in the Finance Dept. was great and made the last part of the buying process quick and painless. This is my first time @ Hennessy Cadillac and was very impressed with everyone we met. I had a wonderful experience with the team at Hennessy Cadillac. We bought a used vehicle from them and were helped by a very kind man named James. We even got locked out of our own vehicle and the service department helped us get access to it. I heard some scraping under the car and they were kind enough to check it out and fix the small issue in 30 minutes. I highly recommend them for your business, 5 stars is not enough. Hennessy Cadillac is by far the best experience I have had ever in buying a vehicle. This is actually my second Cadillac I have purchased from them and I have nothing but great things to say! From the sales department to service it has been nothing short of amazing. I am not easily impressed but everyone I ever encounter at this dealership handles me with care and respect. Entering a dealership as a single woman could be intimidating but not here! Terrance and management went above and beyond to make sure I leave happy every time. I pay attention to how others are treated and I will say I haven’t seen anyone actually upset even in the service department. The concierge level service of greeting me opening doors all things I expect from Cadillac are given every single time. It is always neat and clean on the premises. And most importantly my deals are fair and respectful.

Desmond is usually my service guy and he is absolutely always honest and makes sure I am kept up to date with any thing my truck needs without feeling pressured to buy or upsale anything to me. Even once sending someone to pick up a key for my truck when the other one didn’t work.
I went to another dealer recently and found a truck I really liked and test drove that I could have purchased but didn’t because honestly I didn’t get the same concierge service from that Lexus dealership. Hennessy and Terrance made sure all my experiences were top tier. I have owned a lot of cars in my life and have had good and bad experiences on every level but Hennessy has not disappointed me one time. Check them out ask for Terrance in sales and Desmond in service and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

If you are planning to buy a Cadillac, there is no one else you would want to see. Jessica is the person you want to contact. She’s so sweet, she makes you feel at home, no pressure and makes the deal happen. Please don’t hesitate to ask for her. You won’t regret it.

Such a fantastic car buying experience. I really enjoyed buying a car from Reggie. He was just a kind man, listened to our needs and made sure they were met. I feel like we got a very fair deal and great car for our family. Everyone that helped in the deal were great, Chris, Sean, Virgil, and Destiny. Will definitely be the first place I come when it is time to trade it in!

Update: After submitting my review last week, Mr. Hogue contacted me the same day and was able to schedule us for a diagnostic for our vehicle. Not only that, but also covered the entire cost of the repair which was the thermostat. I definitely recommend Hennessy Cadillac in Duluth, GA to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle and also having their vehicle serviced here. You will not be disappointed!
I would also recommend Roland if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. He is very helpful, courteous and respectful. Thank you again Mr. Hogue and Hennessy Cadillac!

I had my Cadillac serviced at Hennessy Caillac in Duluth, GA.
Desmond Petty was my 'service advisor'. He was sooooo welcoming when I arrived! And, he made sure I knew where the waiting room was and gave me an 'update' on the car one hour later. When I paid, he expressed sincere appreciation for my business, etc. Desmond is very professional, efficient, and has excellent customer service skills!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hennessy Cadillac and working with Kyle Shoemaker, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into their showroom in Duluth, I knew I was in for something special! Kyle’s professionalism is unparalleled and I left with the car of my dreams.

Recently we found ourselves in the market for a vehicle and located a pre-owned 2023 Chevrolet Suburban online at Hennessy Cadillac. Initially we contacted Sean Allen, Internet Manager and he promptly arranged an appointment for us to visit and test drive the vehicle the next day. Sean connected us with salesman Joseph (Joe) Fuoco. When we arrived for our test drive, Joe had the vehicle out front for our inspection. From the moment we arrived Joe emphasized that he and Hennessy Cadillac were conscious of customer service and the vehicle buying experience. After our initial test drive and conversations with Joe regarding the price, we decided to purchase the vehicle on the spot. Overall, our interaction with Joe and the customer service that he provided was a major factor in our decision to purchase the vehicle from Hennessy. In conclusion, we were left with a positive customer service experience with this vehicle purchase.

A month ago, I bought my second XT5 from Hennessy Cadillac. This second time around was the absolute best. David Bacchus sold me my car and Sergio (I think I messed his name up so my apologies) in Financing made it happen. There was a small issue with my car so I had to come back a couple of times and the last time, I had to leave it for a week. (cosmetic issues). David took such good care of me and put me in a nice loaner ok. He could have easily blown me off or pawned me off to the service department. Hell, he had already sold me the car so his job was basically done. He took care of everything for me. He kept me posted via text and phone on the status of my car. I will never forget it and if he's still there when I come back for my third XT5, the sale is his!!! Customer service is very important to me and David knocked it out of the park! I had to give him a big hug when I picked up my car. David called yesterday to make sure everyrhing was still good with my car. A1 Hennessy...A1! Thanks so much David!

I came in service to get and oil change on my Camry and didn’t realize I was purchasing today. I was introduced to the best salesman Terrance Faison that’s was really patient with me during the process. I would like to thank Nubian and the Gm Eric Hogue for getting me right. I was looking for a new car and saw one online. My salesperson, Destiny Williams did a great job in assisting me with finding the SUV that was suited for me as well as her personal hospitality.
Needless to say, after talking with her, she was able to answer all of my questions and even bought my wife lunch! I was very pleased with the paperwork processing and was able to purchase my vehicle with no issues. I highly recommended this dealership AND our salesperson, Destiny!

On Friday 03-15-24 I took the days off to try again to purchase a vehicle. I went online to Cadillac of Hennessy found a vehicle i liked. I called to make sure the vehicle was still there.

I traveled from Stockbridge. I get to the dealership and was graced with Roland's.
I knew then it was going to be a good day, as my brother in law name is Roland.LOL....

Naw but forreal Roland (Dealership) he was phenomenal- patient- caring- understanding and great customer service he did try to sale me something I wasn't looking for. I would rate y experience with Roland a 10.
