Mega Mart is undoubtedly becoming a hallmark of Korea Town in the greater Atlanta area. The store offers ample space, a wide range of options for customers, and boasts fresh produce, meats, and various other selections. Additionally, it houses a bakery and food courts that have gained fame, especially for certain soulful dishes. Personally, I thoroughly enjoy my visits to Mega Mart.

Korean supermarket. It’s located at Gwinnett Place Mall where almost all the other stores drying out, but Mega Mart is going strong. I go many Asian stores at Duluth, but this place is more for the person actually cook at home. You can buy traditional Korean ingredients at good price. It also has a good sale for Korean snack and instant ramen. Oh also it has a good bakery inside. Now there is a space to drink coffee and enjoyed the fresh baked cakes and breads. This place also sells all kinds of Korean products upstairs. It’s fun to look around.

I just shopped at this location. Their ramen sales are incredible. Funny thing that I didn’t eat much ramen when I was growing up cause my Mother didn’t let me eat. Ramen noodles tastes so good in cold winter time. Oh yes, they also have insane snack sales as well.

Mega Mart has all the Korean food staples plus some good food stalls. In the back they have 2 types of noodles for $7.99 each. Both delicious. The kimchi is really good too! If you are craving some Korean noodles that are a great value this place will satisfy.

I love the bakery here - bread is really soft and yummy. Cake slice is a bit small. The sushi here is good value and fresh! Overall a lot of variety of grocery items, leaning more korean style of course. They also have sampling if you go earlier in the day. Clean and bright environment.

This Asian supermarket has something for everyone!! The fruit and vegetable prices are extremely reasonable. There’s a bakery, won mandu, small restaurant, kimchi corner. Very clean and everything looks fresh. But plan on spending some time here so you can look around.

Occupying the side of a now-defunct mall, MEGA Mart is an Asian supermarket in the middle of nowhere. Though the location is off the beaten path, there's parking galore and space enough within that Mega Mart can respectably put its ring in the hat with other major Asian grocery stores like Assi Plaza and Hmart.

Inside, there's a lot to explore. Along with the standard produce, meat/fish, and shelf-stable aisles, there are two tiny food courts, each with a few tables. The one we chose had only two things on their menu - bibimguksu (cold, spicy mixed noodles with cucumber and an egg) and janchi guksu (noodles and julienned vegetables in a warm broth). We chose the cold noodles with low expectations, but I was surprised at how tasty the sauce was. The other mini food court offers a slightly larger menu of Chinese-Korean cuisine, such as jjampong, or black bean noodles.

Those aren't the only ready-to-eat options here. A long table in the middle of the market offers all kinds of rice cakes, kimbap (Korean rice rolls), and even some traditional blood sausages. Around the corner, there's another dumpling stall that offered a variety of steamed buns (veggie, meat, spicy). We partook, of course, and found them to be delicious snacks as we wandered further through the aisles. It should be noted that all of these eating options are sub-contracted proprietors, so they'll each have their own checkout area apart from the main market.

The largest ready-to-eat section is Basquia Bakery, who is a new tenant of the corner space. It takes up a sizable corner of the market and there's an admirable bevy of cakes, pastries, and breads. I chatted with someone who worked there (possibly an owner or manager) and when I made mention of the tantalizing options, he seemed apologetic. "We're still moving things over from our last location, so we're actually only offering a fraction of what we'd like to get in here," he said, gesturing at the (few!) bare shelves. There are a good number of tables and chairs here, as well as a small caffeinated beverage menu.

Finally on weekends, there are lots of ladies offering hot samples, so if you visit then, that becomes yet another option for happy bites.

3+ years later and this is still my go to Korean grocery store for meats and produce. They've started to import a lot more Asian products, have a sushi/sashimi section, and new restaurants are opening.

Most notable recently is the Basquia bakery that's now right at the entrance. They sell a huge variety of Korean & Asian inspired sweets. Would highly recommend stopping by while grocery shopping!

This was my first time in a Mega Mart and I can honestly say that it was a good experience. You walk into the doors and it honestly feels like you have entered a new little world. There was a deli where it looked like they had plenty of options! The downstairs area was full of different ingredients for all types of food! The upstairs area was a bit smaller, it stocked different pots and other cooking utensils. It also had appliances that you could check out. As well as a few different articles of clothing that you could buy.

Very good quality Korean market with great prices and excellent customer service. Love their selection and that they sell king dumplings. We prefer to come to Mega Mart over H Mart and Assi market.

5 stars.

Korean family, Mega Mart is our #1 choice for their price and selections. Hmart has high inflated prices but do carry more brands. Mega mart is the best in the area.

Great selection of Korean food. My wife and I loved this place! The people were nice! We live 4 hours away from here and will definitely make this a stopping point for when we want to get groceries from here. Stuff is priced accordingly here and makes it easy for you to make all your favorite korean dishes. The mild dumplings are amazing! You have to try them if your up this way in the future.

We usually come here for the kimchi! It's really the best in town (except for my mom's ofc😉).

I think the vegetables are fresher than most Korean markets. And you can often get great quality discounted meats too.

They have a food court in the back that sells jjajangmyeon and jjampong. Apparently it used to be better but it wasn't too bad for me when I went. The portion is huge for the price I would say. The broth is thick but it's one of those flavor that gets a little boring the more you have it. Regardless, it is a great snack as you get hungry from all the shopping.

Today was my 1st visit. I was amazed by the variety of items to choose from. Fresh produce, fresh seafood, frozen food, food-to-go, rice, snacks, drinks, soups, supplements, dairy, and much more. Worth the visit! I will go back.

I always love going to Mega Mart! They're the only place I know of where I can get fresh steamed buns consistently and they're sooo good. It's also fun to go on sample days and try out things I probably wouldn't have considered buying. There's a wide variety of prepared foods, frozen food, dry food and produce. Plus there are little restaurants within the store, including a really good bakery. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking it out!

So far largest selection of fresh fruits and veggies I've seen, see foods and meats presents very well too. Quality is excellent. Great places to shopping grocery.
And cherry on top is not expensive at all massage on way out, really makes you feel better.

Update: Visited today and tried the mild and spicy dumplings. 10/10 Totally worth it.
