Majik Market

My family and I shop here frequently this evening @7:15 on 8/26/23 was racially profiled by your worker he not only made my children and I shopping experience EXTREMELY uncomfortable and traumatizing. He watched every piece of candy , chips and everything my children picked up then as we approach the counter he continues to make faces at them shooing us away. Very unprofessional and unethical and above all RACES when the company is ran by POC and this is the way Majik Market chooses to treat their customers they will never get any of my money again if the BLACK COMMUNITY

I am absolutely appalled by the rude and racist behavior of the staff that experienced today. I was outside charging my phone and they told me after shopping with them for a whole year, I am not allowed to be there anymore. I've been shopping with them even after I became homeless recently, never caused a problem, and never had a complaint. But if this is how dishonorably they want to act towards not only new customers but loyal ones as well, then I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. I hope everyone sees this and never shops there again.

Went in to get a fountain refill of a 64 Oz mug. QuikTrip and RaceTrac both charge around $1.50, so I assumed it would be about the same price here. I get to the payment window and I'm told it will be $4. I was shocked! He said that it's a $1.99 for a 32 oz, so my 64 Oz would be $3.98. I told him never mind that I would just go over there and pour it out. He asked me how much I would be willing to pay for it and I told him $1.50 because that's what I pay at QuikTrip and racetrac. He argued with me for a minute and I asked him to show me where the prices were at the fountain. There were no prices posted, so I told him I was going to pour it out and never darken their doorstep.

Very rude and obviously doesn't care about customer service. Typical.a
