Critter Fixer Veterinary Hospital: Byron

Have brought multiple pets to the Byron location and they've been very accommodating as far as scheduling. Staff is knowledgeable and not pushy when it came to treatments that were optional which helped with pricing if that's a concern. Compared to other clinics I've been to I would rate them in the middle as far as overall cost but on the top for value due to the great care my animals have received.

I can't say enough about this animal clinic. They are kind, considerate, and professional. We have had to put two of our older dogs to sleep, and they made it such a tender moment we can always remember. They even sent us a condolence afterward signed by the entire staff. I am so grateful for their kindness.❤

Dr. Ferguson is the best. All the staff there is awesome and caring. We love that they are transparent ahead of time about their pricing and they always give options without sacrificing efficacy.

From the first phone call Ive been very happy. We saw Dr. O and we are so pleased! They were really interested in the history of our pets and were easy to make arrangements with and very affordable for a dental cleaning and wellness checks! I would encourage anyone who is concerned with price to ask up front. They offer interest free financing with care credit! Which is a lifesaver! My dog took to them immediately, great pet awareness and pet owner manner… true joy

They have always taken excellent care of my dogs. Very compassionate staff. When my daughter couldn't get hold of her vet for an emergency. They took her puppy right away. I am sure they saved his life. I love the Critter Fixer staff. 5 stars all the way.

We took our dog to get drain tubes removed from an emergency surgery. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm glad to know about them and will definitely use them again in the future for any of my pets' needs.

These are pro the best vets Ive ever been to. The staff and Dr. King are always great. They take care of our fur babies and I feel like they do this as if they were their own pets. If i could give them more then 5 stars I would.

Yesterday we had to put our sweet Rosie down. Not only were they kind and very compassionate towards us, but they let us take all the time we needed with her before taking her back.

Had to wait for a long time,but overall was good. Dr O was excellent even though I wanted to meet Dr Ferguson, I guess the superstars are busy, they were fantastic with my dog, chigger. Thank you for your service will be back for sure, and maybe I can meet Dr Ferguson. I have seen all your shows and love it. Keep up the good work , and again thanks for taking care of chigger.

Compassionate. We had emergency Christmas Eve. The staff got us right in and took amazing care of our fur baby. The staff and Doctors truly care about the animals and it shows. Everyone has been amazing and I can not thank them enough. I highly recommend Critter Fixer if Byron to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and compassionate vet office.

I've never been there cause I live in Alabama. My daughter and I watch the show all the time and we have learned so much.
We have chickens and these guys have taught us how to take care of them.

Been bringing my cat here for 2 years and will continue to always bring my animals up here. Very sweet, friendly staff. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

We have been bringing our animals here for a while now and always had a great experience. But the day before Christmas Eve we had to bring our dog in, she had an open laceration and we were able to bring her in first thing in the morning and the vet even came in to work early, 30 minutes before he was supposed to be there so they could get her sutured up right away so she wouldn’t have to wait (she is VERY anxious at the vet). They called when she was out of surgery and let us know how it went and we were able to pick her up a few hours later. They made a very stressful situation so much easier on us. I will always bring my animals here and recommend them to everyone! They also offer military discount which is so great for a lot of people in this area.

These people are truly doing God's work. My German shepherd was passing a lot of blood and I prayed for hours on what to do. I called them and they insisted I bring her in even though they were closing. Found out she had pancreatitis. The meds and diet they prescribed have brought my girl back completely. I know it's a dog but for reasons I won't go into, she means the world to me. And they saved her. Don't get me wrong, they made good money for it, but I can't argue with the results. Thank y'all. And if any of y'all need a church home please reach out.
