Drugstore Deli

I absolutely love eating here, the 2 women who work in there are always sweet and everything I’ve eaten there is delicious, my favorite is the pasta salad and the jalapeño popper sandwich. The sandwiches come with chips so you don’t have to get a side but I always do bc they are so good. Oh and there sweet pickles are hands down the best I have ever had!

Quiet, quaint little retro themed deli. Surprisingly large list of menu options and they will customize if you need. Excellent staff.

We are new to the area, stopped in for lunch today. The atmosphere was so pleasant. The service was phenomenal. We had a chicken cesar salad, panda sandwich with the Henry Bain sauce, cheeseburger pie, tuna sandwich, brownie and jello. The food was so good. The bread was so soft and fresh. We will be back !

This was simply the most excellent experience of my trip to Georgia. Family-owned and operated, most excellent!

First time eating here & I must say..I have been missing out! I ordered the Black Russian on Dark wheat…sooo good! The sweet crunchy pickles & Russian dressing makes the sandwich come together. Will be back for sure !

The atmosphere is relaxed. Staff as well as patrons are very friendly.
A wonderful variety of soups, sandwiches, and salads. Great deserts as well. When busy, it can be a bit of a wait but, well worth it!

The lady that owns this establishment is just wow! Her credit card reader was down and there where 4 of us in for lunch, well instead of turning us away she actually allowed us to eat and come back and pay her later!! Words cannot express that kind of service and hospitality this day in time...I will recommend this place to everyone I know!! And the sandwiches where awasome!!

Went for lunch on a Thursday. Took awhile for it to come out but ordered the Black Russian sandwich and it was great. Staff was great. Unique building in historic part of downtown Byron. Will def return.

First time here today. This place has an excellent menu. Service was quick and the food was good temperature. Very tasty! No indoor dining at this time, but there are several tables outside or you can get it to go. I recommend eating at the outside tables. Nice little lunch place. I will be back and can’t wait for the indoor dining to come back.

Great Atmosphere! Great food! Had the black bean chili, and chicken salad and club sandwiches. All delicious! This little deli is in an old historic drugstore. As you walk in, there is some reference material about the area and Byron itself. It’s across from an old Depot in Railway. Just a charming little place to visit. Highly recommend!

Edit: Still five stars. My mother just visited and she wanted to go. Just delicious and great service. You must try this place.

employee shortages, higher food prices, food shortages to have the opportunity to step into this idyllic restaurant and have your food prepared by people who listen, understand and care about their customer's experience means so much nowadays. The perfectly appointed accesories, the nostalgia, the peace you feel inside or enjoy your perfectly constructed sandwich, your quiche or salad in the garden. This ambiance cannot be franchised and we've been so blessed in the middle of Byron, GA to enjoy our Drug Store Deli.

Excellent black bean chili & fun place to have lunch! Byron is a small town with charm - from the lovely old train depot to the pharmacy deli!
