The staff at this location are always kind, respectful, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I have never had a negative experience here and I come in at least once a week. They all do an awesome job.

The employees of this store are always so helpful! Jasmine and Skyler rocked it today! Thank you so much for walking me through my package send-offs! Their patience and kindness helped me more than they know!

I needed some documents notarized for the DMV. The ladies that worked at UPS were very helpful. I messed up on documents twice and they saved me. Visited 11/20/23 2:35pm

I never in my life thought I would actually enjoy going to a UPS store, but the staff here is SO FRIENDLY. They honestly give better customer service than most restaurants in town. They're always smiling, joking around with each other. and never make you feel rushed or like you're a hassle. They also are very fast and efficient when handling your mail.
