Anne helped my mother and I make awesome jewelry selections at quality prices. She was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed and more. Polite and friendly customer service is hard to find these days but Anne definitely put a smile on our faces.

I was checked out at Kohl’s by Wynema and Noah was bagging my rather large purchase for her. I’ve interacted many times with both of these wonderful employees and purposely sought Wynema out to check my purchase out for me. She is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She saw me walk in, ( I was only coming in to purchase a book on clearance) and informed me that all clearance merchandise was an additional 50% off. I had already been checking out the Adidas, Under Armor clearance rack but took this opportunity to stock up on $200 worth of items! Really appreciated that! Noah made sure to remove all theft tags and took care to bag items properly and not just toss them together haphazardly. Both employees are truly an asset to Kohls!!

The Customer Service at the Hattiesburg MS Kohls is fantastic! I was greeted and helped by Wynemal. I had a register issue and was helped by Verenal and Annie. I had product issue and Josh was knowledgeable and friendly. He solved my issue with ease. All during this busy Christmas season, thank you for Kohls.

I've skipped shopping here for so long, WHY?? KOHL'S is great! Cute clothes, great prices. Their housewares are very slim pickings, however. But, their employees are the BEST, especially in customer service, and at check out. I'm starting to shop there a LOT because the personnel are so pleasant!
