I’ve come here for years, should have wrote a review a long time ago. This is one of my favorite spots for soup, salad, or sandwiches. Highly recommend the Tuscan Tuna it’s amazing! They also sell fresh bread and my son loves get ice cream from here too. They try to sell as much local items as they can down to beer, chips, or chocolate. Love them!!

Great price point for a beautiful lunch in Downtown Frederick. I ordered the sunshine salad which came out fresh and delicious. Just what I wanted. 10/10 recommend.

Went there for lunch and had a really good pastrami sandwich. The bread was toasted perfectly. Lunch was served quickly to the party of 3 I was with. This place is also great to pick up a snack or alcohol.

Very nice little shop, excellent sandwiches, some wonderful snacks, small gifts here and there, baked goods, honey, drinks, all sorts of things. Great place!

Great selection of local food & drinks options including baked goods from BakeHouseMD and mead from The Orchid Cellar. They also have a sandwich counter & seating area if you wish to eat there. Good variety of everything!

The ruin the tuna melt sandwich for me . Now every time I crave one I have to drive 300 miles to get one that's not fair. Beside the joke . Tuna salad made with fresh tuna it was outstanding as the service and the soup. Awesome food and service.

Just bought 2 sunshine salad, one with tuna and one with grilled chicken. Those salads were explosive. The test was out of this world. Very fresh and very tasty 😋😋.
I just googled you but from now on when I am downtown Frederick, I will be ordering from you guys if I need a salad to go.

Easily the best cinnamon roll in Frederick. If you see their sign saying they have cinnamon rolls, then get one. Or get 2 if you want to get one home. They also have a good selection of specialty foods and kitchen goods.

What a gem of an establishment. Amazing spot with excellent food and a cool selection of designer treats and drinks.

This place is incredible! The fresh baguettes are amazing, especially paired with their delicious soup! My husband got a sandwich and demolished it within minutes. The employees are friendly, communicative, and delightful to interact with! Browsing further into the shop, they have an amazing selection of items to fill any pantry to prepare for a wonderful evening with friends or a date night! 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know and will 100% be back again in the future! The woman who helped me, Sherby, recommended all our new favorites and was the most pleasant person to be around! Definitely try out this little shop while visiting downtown.

This wonderful little shop has hand-picked merchandise which is all top-quality. They specialize in beverages, but the most wonderful thing about this place is the food. Although the menu isn't vast, and seating is limited (it is a small shop), this is one of my absolutely favorite places to eat in Frederick, a city which, unfortunately, isn't exactly stellar when it comes to great restaurants. However, this humble little place with a little ordering counter and limited repertoire of choices is a standout, and I prefer it over anything else in the downtown Frederick area. Try their chicken salad sandwich, and you'll agree. Totally amazing, and consistent for the past 2 years.

I stopped in here for lunch and sat outside. It was a lovely day, the food and service was great and they had a great selection of sandwiches, drinks and more market like items (including wine) in the back. Service was great, food was great. Highly reccomend

This is my favorite place in town to grab a salad - their salads are affordable, generously portioned, and super tasty! Everyone who works here is friendly and I always have a lovely experience! I just tried their seasonal fall salad today and enjoyed it a lot!

I absolutely loved this store! I just happened to walk in here while on a recent visit to Frederick and I'm so glad I found this gem. I had previously been gifted a sauce that you can only find online, only to find out that they had it in this store!!

They have a lot of great quality and a variety of specialty food items. I highly recommend popping in here for some great finds.
