Wonderful friendly service. Best prices of any pharmacy in the area by far. When I call for refills I just give them my name and most times they are already ready for me. The level of personal service you get you can not get anywhere else.

A nice small town atmosphere with a professional, friendly pharmacist who can assist you with all your personal medication needs on a one on one basis. I have never had a bad experience, they almost always have my medications in stock & if not they were always able to order medication within a couple days. They always worked with my insurance company and called the doctor for refills if needed.

Its difficult to find a pharmacy these days where they know you and order your medications to have them ready. I drive 30 minutes to go here and i know multiple others who do the same. This place is hands down the best Pharmacy I've ever been to. I've followed them from Rockville to Frederick. The pharmacist is awesome and makes you feel welcomed. If there is any mix-up with a prescription the pharmacist will make sure that he does everything in his power to ensure you receive your correct prescription. This is probably the last small hometown pharmacy left on Earth.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and will gladly go out of their way to help you. My son requires medication to be compounded which is time consuming but this pharmacy has never given me any issues and are always timely

I started going to Express when they first opened on Robinwood Dr in Hagerstown. Tom, and of course Amber are the friendliest and most knowledgeable of any pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. No matter the prescription, I am in and out in 5 minutes. Even after I moved to Frederick, I would still go all the way to Hagerstown because of the great service from all of Tom's stores and staff. I was ecstatic when he opened a store in Frederick. I still get the same great, know-my-name, five minute service that I'm used to from Express, but much closer to home. Love, Love, Love Express Pharmacy!
