Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Alice. She helped me find the right license plate screws and the correct bulb for my Mag light. Great service and selection, too. Great store with outstanding staff.

I find the people polite and helpful who work here.. And also the people who put the pine straw in the cars at the outside back of the store..
That being said I sure do miss the Ace Hardware over at Cloverdale shopping center.. So much more convenient to everyone on that part of town.

Tends to be priced higher than the bigger stores but regularly send out coupons to help offset. Often times has different variety than HD/Lowe's. Better customer service

This Ace is big, with a good selection of hardware necessities, home wares and gifty things. There's also a post office inside the store.

I want to give a big shout out to Will in the tool department. I purchased a chainsaw from another location and I have trouble getting it started, I had thought something was wrong, so I took it back twice to get it checked out. It ends up to be my own problem, since I’m not strong enough. Will was very professional and patient, he recommended a different model at the end, which is much much easier to start, he went beyond and above, made sure I can handle it before letting me out of the door! I really appreciate his help!

A great hardware store. They have TONS of variety and just about anything you might need.

I have always liked shopping here. The associates are always nice and helpful, they like to offer help if you're looking for something specific. Its alot easier to get in, shop, and get out than at big box hardware stores. They have a big hardware/bolt aisle that has always had everything i need. Its a great place to run to when you need parts to finish a project. Plus they usually mail coupons out, too

A little carpet in the kitchen

Was helping 94 neighbor fix mailbox, arrived 15 min before closing, not really knowing how to solve our problem. They showed what to do by actually doing a mock mailbox. Then helped us find the parts. The owner and his wife went above and beyond. We are so grateful this business is in our community.

Went there to get a chainsaw and leaf blower. Walked in and was met with friendly service. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the different saws. He then got all of our warranty information setup online right before we purchased. Little things like that make a big difference. I feel I will bring my business to this location because of the positive experience I had.

The staff was extremely helpful when getting paint and supplies for the bathroom makeover. They have a unique selection of paints.. not just the norm everyday selection.
