Harris Teeter

I just live down the street so this is convenient plus it's nice to get a discount off of gas but it's expensive compared to Walmart I think the bathrooms need an upgrade other than that everything is good

I've always came to this Harris teeter. Is one of my favorite. It's always clean and nice. It's comfortable, not crowded. In a good shopping center with good stores. Here I've bought flowers and candy, among other things. Nice place. Good for it's targeted demographic.

Guy in meat market came out and helped us find what we were looking for. Cashier and her bagger was helpful. He went to stock room and found more of an item were wanted to buy when only one was left on the shelf. Then as we were leaving a young man straightening up shopping carts walked out, helped put our groceries in the truck and took the shopping cart back for us. Overall was a GREAT shopping experience!

This is by far the best place to shop very good quality of products very nice employees to help if you need anything. Plus they have great deals when it comes out. All the seafood and meat be really fresh when you get it. I love to shop at Harris Teeter. Please stop by and shop there.

Only giving 5 stars because of Jeff at customer service. Always friendly and fixes any issues. Went to the fuel station and a girl named Alex did not know how to put more than 10 draws on a lottery ticket. Instead she got very rude with me and started talking to me in a very aggressive fake customer service voice if you go to the fuel station at peace haven avoid her very rude and mean.

Harris Teeter has such nice selections to choose from. They have awesome coffee selections.

HT used to get a bad rep for being pricey but if you shop their sales and store brands, HT you can save a lot of money over other grocery stores. Harris Teeter has the best BOGO sales, for which you only have to buy 1 to get 50% off, and frequent Buy 2 Get 3 free sales (but you have to buy all 5 to get this deal). I honestly find that their store brand is sometimes better than national brands (examples: Smart Food popcorn, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Almond Milk, and some ice creams). They always have great fresh produce. I'm thankful to live so close to this great store.

Location is convenient in location and an layout. Though if you want a little more options, the one near Pfafftown and Reynolda is your go to. Though, this is one of the few that has the fuel station.

Customer service continues to improve at every Harris Terter in my immediate area, and it's great because dollar-for-dollar, I like the quality of items available at Harris Teeter compared to more and less expensive grocers. Trader Joe's has the best customer service, hands down, but the stores are usually crowded. Lowes is nice, but also the most expensive. Food Lion is doing better with their selection lately, but while the prices are great, it is difficult at times to find more "special occasion" fare. I am certain each of these chains has defined their specific customer niche, but as someone who shops at all of them, I do give Harris Teeter props for continuously improving the shopping experience in our area. This is an amazing Harris Teeter. Presentation is immaculate, grocery staff amazing. Just pure perfection. Always a pleasant experience here. I'm not even from town. My dear friend takes me out here. I appreciate all you guys do! Thank you!

I mostly went to the pharmacy but I have had to switch from Walmart to Harris Teeter because I was getting better prices for my meds. Hopefully I will be able to look around and shop more next time because their stuff looks really amazing. It reminds me of Kroger back home where I used to live. Everyone was very nice there

I'm new to north Carolina so Harris teeter was a delight! Definitely just a Kroger, so the self checkout is a joke, but still a great spot to get those essentials

I ran into a young man this evening while I was leaving Tuesday morning and my car wouldn’t start the young man in a blue Harris teeter shirt offered some help ie giving me a jump he was rather knowledgeable on cars as well as helped me with a smile so I just wanted to say thank you 😊

Shopping experience 5 star checkout 2 star, 8am and no cashiers. Had to self checkout my cart full.

I like coming to this harris teeter. Because everyone is very helpful and goes out of their way to assist you with the department they are in and take the time to make sure you get what you are looking for. I have gone to the deli many times to get their rotisary chicken and they are not only juicy , they are ful of flavor and tender not to mention very nice size and at a reasonable price. The ribs and pork loin also have a great quality. The pork loins are also juicy and extremely tender which is hard get at other places. Other places are usually dry overcooked and tough. If they don't have it out they will assist you by letting you know when it will be out. As busy as the deli can get they are always very congenial and take the time to help without you feeling your a bother. Same with the produce. This is my Harris Teeter store of choice because of the service and how friendly they are. Everyone is patient and do not act like you are a bother when you ask for assistance.

Harris Teeter has a very friendly and helpful staff as well as a great selection of products at reasonable prices. They also have a public restroom which is nice and a great selection of international Foods that I often have difficulty finding other places, even online.

This store is usually well stocked. The meat department has a good selection in its butcher case. The deli associates are always nice and helpful.

The cashier at around 6 am is so sweet. We always talk about her spoiled puppy. She is always pleasant.

One of my favorite grocery stores. Well run, clean, fresh stock and friendly employees. I have some physical problems and the staff often volunteer assistance without being asked.
