I am a repeat customer and had flowers delivered on Valentine's Day. Great local business owner that goes the extra steps every time. I special order flowers and he calls me back with the best price range to design the order. Great communication and great service!

Yesterday I shared a review because I was not happy with the flower arrangement that I received. Will called me because he wanted to understand why I was dissatisfied. What I learned in this was that ordering flowers online based on the picture is not good for me. In the past I have always called and explained exactly what I wanted and they nailed it. The fact that he went out of his way to try to make this right just proves that they offer excellent service. I would honestly recommend this florist to anyone. But I would recommend if there’s something special that you’re aiming for to call and talk to them.

I chose this florists because of the reviews and I'm so glad I did. The arrangement I ordered was for Mothers day. Unexpectedly my mother- in- law was out of town. The delivery was postponed for a week. The flowers were beautiful even a week later. I will definitely use this florist again. They seem to take great pride in their flowers, work and business.

Spoke to Michelle S on the phone when I called first just to make sure this was a real brick and mortar place -- not a sneaky front for a web only warehouse - and I sure got the personal touch. Flower Fashions is the real deal! Michelle S was kind, funny, helpful, and took my order in a snap! (the S must be for Super!)

I saw the Verdant Song centerpiece online and wanted it for my dear Library Media Assistant and it was delivered with care in time for Thanksgiving! And it's gorgeous! Look at the picture! Thank you so much for the care, wonderful customer service - and beautiful arrangement.

I placed my order directly through the Flower Fashions' website for a local, same-day delivery. It must have been one of the first things they took care of when they arrived at work today because within a very short period of time, they brought my mom the most beautiful flowers to help her celebrate her 70th birthday. She LOVES them! THANK YOU!

I walked in and asked for a small bouquet for a vase I was passing along to a loved one, and asked for purple with yellow. Just a few moments later, she handed back a lovely arrangement all wrapped and ready to go for a very reasonable price! I’m so happy to have found a local spot that’s family owned

Very conscientious folks. The picture shows the bouquet we received for my father's memorial. Although pretty, it was drastically different in many ways from what I expected. My disappointment built up to such a point that a friend offered to ask Flower Fashions for an explanation. (I live far away). In response, I received 1) a partial refund & 2) a complete explanation -by letter!- including the original notes taken on my order. I will add that the explanation was gracious, and did not place blame, although I had played a part in the miscommunication. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. In future, I might ask any florist to read back their notes before placing my order.

I’ve been here on many occasions and they always seem to create such beautiful pieces. My wife LOVED the wedding bouquet recreation that Will helped me create for our 5 year anniversary. Thanks for everything Flower Fashions, I’ll be back.

I've ordered flowers from Flower Fashions for several years for my wife and the arrangements are always beautiful! Most importantly, my wife lights up when I walk through the door with them :) she's always happy with what Flower Fashions arranges! Was sent a flower arrangement, by a family member. When it arrived at my work in the front office everybody took notice and said how beautiful the arrangement was. The flowers were fresh and smelled amazing. Highly recommend this business for gift baskets and floral arrangements.

I ordered the Heartfelt Farewell Bouquet at the last minute for a funeral. I was afraid they wouldn't make it to the service in time. Flower Fashions Inc is amazing! I was so impressed with this florist. I live out of state and was making arrangements for flowers to be sent for a family member. Her schedule ended up being quite busy so they were having difficulty catching her home. When I called and gave them a small window that she would be home, they got in touch with her and delivered right away. Not only was the arrangement beautiful, but they went the extra mile to get the flowers to her in person. They do not leave flowers at the front door which I was grateful to hear. Thank you for going the extra mile. I will use you again and recommend you to others.

Highly recommend Flower Fashions. Ordered sympathy flowers on a holiday weekend and they still arrived on time. And were very beautiful.

I wasn't sure if I wanted a bouquet for my wedding, and my friend offered to make one for me. We stopped in at Flower Fashions the day before my wedding to gain some inspiration, and we found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. They had lots of tips and great suggestions, and I learned a lot about different flowers and different options. It was a really great experience, I highly recommend them, and I'm glad I was talked into having a bouquet!

Employee was very kind and professional. The arrangement was very beautiful ! Since I was ordering from another state you never know what you will actually have delivered. I will certainly use this florist every time I send flowers in that area.

I ordered flowers yesterday, spoke to Michele. She was so great on the phone, perfect customer service! And I work in the customer service field so I can be a tough critic sometimes. The flowers were delivered to my friend within an hour of me placing the order and they were just beautiful! I would definitely recommend Flower Fashions.
