Recently my bride and I were looking for a specific holiday item that we saw on the Belk website. We decided to go to our local Belk and find it. Johanna was of great assistance and while we were looking for it Joel, the General Manager asked if he could assist as well.

I was shocked to see someone in Senior Management working the floor setting up displays and offering their assistance to customers. Joel looked up the item, we searched for it and could not locate it. Joel then offered to order it for us and send it to us with free shipping.

What wonderful customer service we experienced form both Johanna and Joel. In my book, if you want exceptional customer service then you too should do your holiday and everyday shopping at Belk. I know we will.

I love the new fall tops I found at Belks. I got a great deal too. They were buy one get two free. My clothes closet is renew!

Yesterday was my first at day visiting this Belk Location. It was blast! Justin was like my own personal shopper. He helped me pick out my favorite purse. He answered any questions we had and was super friendly. KEEP JUSTIN! So when I return because I will him and I and my sis in law can shop together! JUSTIN- you’re good at your job keep at it!

I found a nice outfit for my grandbaby for a good price and the gentleman that worked the register was nice friendly. We will definitely shop here again.

Roger was incredibly thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process, and he made what could have been a stressful experience an enjoyable one. He asked thoughtful questions and provided valuable insights, which helped me make an informed decision about my purchases. I love Belk. Great variety, great prices/sales prices and its just a great place to shop.

Prices are getting high, dont have coupons , discounts....and if ur not doing anything people should not stare at you.

I visited the ladies’ shoe department on 1/5 and 1/9. The associate, Andy, was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated his attentiveness to my needs, while serving other customers the same way. I will shop with Andy again.

I went to get size for a bra, and omg! I cant remember her name she was a kinda young white lady. She's the truth..... she made sure I was comfortable they style and my shape side i purchased 4 bras wore one home order 1 one line and 2 in the bag...I will be returning to her only.... she knows her bras❤❤❤

Loved it. Greeted soon as I walked in. Unfortunately I was in a hurry. The store was gorgeous. Makes ours at home look like a Dollar Store. Would of loved to spend the afternoon shopping

I usually walk through This store because I can never find anyone to help me. But yesterday, luckily I had four associates assisting me.

I love Belk. The sales associates are very nice and helpful. What I really love is the selection of clothing. There is always something new. They keep up with trends and also do a great job keeping all the classic items and wardrobe basics in stock. They have an extensive size range in all departments. Everything i have bought has been well-made, especially their signature brands. I always know I can find something that I love, and for any occasion. I can't say that about any other clothing store I can think of. I also shopped the cosmetic department on my last visit. The associates at the Clinique counter were both very helpful and sweet. It took no time for them to find what I needed and get me on my way.

I was in your store the other day. And the most nicest and friendliest young lady helped me . I asked what was her name so I could put a review about her . This young lady told me her name was Jessica Redmond ..and with a smile said I didn't have to do that. It was her job. Wow... that made me want to write one even more!!!! Never have I met such a friendly and helpful person. I wish there were more people like her in the world..I'll definitely be back..

The sweetest employees I have ever met work here. They were so attentive and they made my experience so much better. The store is massive and it is easy to get turned around and lost if you aren't careful lol

I was visiting family in the area, so stopped at the mall to just see what they had available, and I found a really nice pair of shoes at Belk, but they didn't have any in my size. I was surprised when the salesperson told me that she could order them for me and have it mailed to me at home.

The service I received was above and beyond anything I could have expected.

Slow night and the employees were keep busy doing other tasks. When one of them noticed we were waiting for service, she came quickly and gave us her full attention. Good job!

Laurel store today. Love stores, discounts great, friendly staff, organized price comparible to other stores. Saw place for online pickup-that was a compliment to the store. Mall needs to expand, l live out of town. Thanks.
