I am late sharing my review. I had a great experience with Hi-Low back in November. I didn’t feel like they were trying to rip me off or get over on me. I got a great deal of a car from them. Justice was the guy who assisted me and my dad with purchasing a car. He was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable!! The car that we purchased is clean inside and out, and it runs great! Again, the purchase was in November and it’s now March and my car hasn’t had any issues! Thanks Hi-Low/Justin for providing me with a great car!

Went to look at a car that was on line. The car was at another lot and the owner Bo, had that car transported to the Frederick location, however, he showed me and my daughter a car he had on the lot as is! I hooked my OBD reader up to the car , no issues. No previous codes removed! 55,000 miles Ford Taurus! They even pulled the car inside on the lift to let me look at the undercarriage! Car was in excellent condition! Highly recommend! Staff was nice and friendly! Good car buying experience!

This was an awesome experience especially for being a first time car buyer. Justice was phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable during such a stressful process. Lastly I’m obsessed with my car. It was so clean and truly cared for and I left so so happy with my purchase and the service of this dealership.

Great experience, Bentley was awesome! I would definitely recommend Hi Lo if you are looking to sell a car. He made the process very quick and painless, and even came to me.

I have to say if I could give Justice 10 stars I definitely would but since I am only allowed 5 I will just have to go with that many. Justice did a wonderful job working with me as this was my first actual financed vehicle I have ever had and the biggest thing I personally have ever paid for by myself. I can't thank you enough for being so understanding through all the laughs and the cries that I had in those 2 days. You held strong and kept me afloat which got me to the end to bring my car home. If anyone is looking for a little something newer for themselves, Justice is sure to help you and be the kind person he is while you are shopping. Way to go Justice!

I had such a great experience purchasing my new SUV from HiLoAutoSales. The entire staff was awesome, but the saleswoman (Katie) that assisted me was friendly and very knowledgeable of the vehicles that I was interested in. She wasn’t pushy or overbearing at all. She seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle without coming off like the stereotypical salesperson. I’ve been car shopping numerous times in my life and this was by far the most pleasant trip to a dealership I’ve had!!! I highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for purchasing a pre-owned vehicle.

I would like to say that my experience was a long one on my part. I needed to trade in my car but it never seemed to be the right time. I received an email from a gentleman named Justice, and I explained how pathetic my credit score is and how I really didn't want to come in test drive a car id fall in love with only to be told I can't get financed, as so many others "we finance everyone"!!
We emailed back and forth for the first email being August 2022. He was always so understanding patient and polite. Every email we seemed to get a lil closer to me coming in.
FINALLY, Dec 12th my husband and I go to the dealership on Patrick St, and my long time email friend is there we both flip *hit, for a min and say let's get started. Two hours later I had a car that was driven to Frederick from Elliot city. I sat in it for 30 minutes I couldn't believe it!! This is freaking FANTASTIC, AND MY FRIEND DIDN'T LIE TO ME!!

We sold our Honda Pilot to Hi Lo Auto Sales and the process was seamless. Javier came to our house and completed everything on-site. He was kind, professional and extremely enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend!

We decided to buy a truck and found what we wanted online at Hi Lo Auto Sales. It was by far the fastest transaction as far as a vehicle purchase goes, but it didn’t stop there. We bought the truck knowing it needed to be taken to a shop to have work done, and they made sure we had a rental to drive so we weren’t without a vehicle. When we got the truck back, the AC didn’t work due to an error by the mechanic (at a different shop), so they had no control over this error. Not only did they take the truck back to the mechanic for us, they gave us another rental to drive while the AC was fixed. Everyone was very friendly and courteous and we would definitely recommend anyone to buy their vehicle here!

We had a great experience with purchasing our vehicle. All of the staff were friendly and supportive during the entire process, start to finish, particularly Katie, Craig, Kenny, and Andy.
Andy was incredibly helpful during our buying process. He went out of his way to ensure we received the best rate. In addition he took care of all of minor issues prior to us picking up the vehicle. I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape SE at Hi Lo Auto Sales. The experience was phenomenal. Chantz was wonderful to work with. Chantz was personable, helpful, and extremely hard working. Chantz personally drove me to the other Hi Lo location in Frederick in order for me to find the car that best fit me and my needs. The office staff was delightful too. Captain Boom aka the gentleman in finances explained the entire car buying process to me and never once made me feel pushed into buying a vehicle. I recommend all to Hi Lo if you are looking for an above and beyond car buying experience.

This is a follow-up to my 5-Star review on 10/18/22. I've had the car I bought from Hi Lo Auto Sales for close to 7 months now. My only regret is that I wish I could give Hi Lo a 10-Star rating!!

The car looks fantastic and runs perfectly. When I take it in for routine servicing my mechanic always checks everything out and then comments on what great condition it's in.

It's important to note that I live in St. Louis and was not able to actually see nor test drive the car until it was delivered. My trust in Hi Lo certainly paid off as I remain extremely pleased with my purchase, to say the least.

Thank you once again Jaime, Dwight and the entire stall at Hi Lo for selling me the best car I've ever owned!
