Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve rented from this location about three or four times and every time I’ve been given excellent customer service. There’s never a long wait and the employees always take the time to explain everything thoroughly. I never feel pressured to upgrade or buy any add-ons. Someone told me about the Enterprise Plus program and it saved me $7 the next time I rented with them. Which is amazing considering it’s a free program. I can’t say enough about the staff here. I hope they continue to be amazing!

We were getting a rental because of an accident. So we were already dealing with the stress of that. The representative was super helpful. They pulled up our information, confirmed some details. We did the walk around inspection and were on the road in our rental 10 minutes after we walked through the front door. The car was clean and ready to go. The return process was extremely easy. We dropped it off at the body shop when we picked up our repaired car.

Customer service was outstanding, both during pick up and drop off.
After I dropped off vehicle, was waiting for my ride and observed the compassion the man behind the counter had to this elderly gentleman, needing a rental because his car was in an accident. I was amazed at his kindness.
Whomever is in charge of setting the standards for customer service within this company must be commended. I witnessed it with several employees, both times I was there. I cannot say enough about these guys. Thank you for making my day.

I've rented cars from a variety of different locations, including Enterprise, and this was some of the best customer service I have received. As is the case with most rentals, I had an unexpected repair with my car the week before Xmas that was going to take several days. The team at Enterprise was totally flexible with me and allowed me to extend my rental twice, which made the entire experience very convenient. I would definitely rent from this location in the future.

I can't even begin to explain what a nightmare dealing with a vehicle that was in the bodyshop has been the only "service" that exceeded expectations was from Enterprise and I for one really appreciate the job they did. Hopefully if you're using this service it's for a happier occasion but even if you're going through something similar I can say with confidence this location will make it less miserable. Thanks to all the staff!

I always have a great experience any time I come to the Urbana Pike or W. Patrick locations in Frederick, Md. Everyone is always really nice, professional and helpful in any way possible. They never take a long time with getting you checked in and in a vehicle, even when it’s busy I’ve never waited longer than 15-20mins. I would recommend those 2 locations to anybody needing to rent a vehicle with Enterprise!

Great Service & Convenience. I rented a vehicle for a day-trip to Pennsylvania. I was provided with a host of vehicle options & I received a Nissan Rogue. The vehicle was efficient & more importantly, it provided safety features that were impressive considering the poor driving conditions that I experienced (driving rain & other bad drivers)! Their hours of operation are convenient & their location at MD Route 355 & MD Route 85 (Northeast Corner) is accessible without challenges. Their staff is quite friendly & they are a busy crew, which is a good indication that they're a great place to do business.

I always have a great experience at this Enterprise location. The staff are friendly and professional. They always seem to go above and beyond to make sure I have a good experience and this time especially was awesome as I had to adjust my rental dates. I was given a vehicle the day and time I needed it and was in and out within 20 minutes!

I rented a car from Enterprise because my car was scheduled for 2 weeks for repair work. I scheduled my rental appointment by phone. I was greeted quickly when i entered the business to pick up my car. The staff member explained the rental process and the cost.

Good service, car was clean, return was easy and staff was friendly. Considering how busy they were when the shuttle brought me over to pick up the rental car, the initial renting experience was quick and painless.

Every time, my experience with the Enterprise is wonderful. Shawn has assisted me a few times and so warm and friendly. He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy and is very efficient. Thank you, Shawn!!

Had a fantastic experience with the staff at the Urbana Pike location. Great personalized service from the whole staff. Kenny in particular was great to work with and very communicative during the entire process. I would highly recommend Enterprise Rent A Car, and specifically this branch. A seamless process from beginning to end.

The employees at this location are very attentive and kind. I was specifically helped by Dajuan on my drop off date. It was a smooth transition when I had to extend my rental period. I was even offered a ride to get my car in the shop when my car was ready.

We had to unfortunately return two cars that had mechanical issues but the entire staff here was outstanding. Cheerful, helpful with a great attitude to make things right. (And their music was great too!🤣)

Staff was friendly, service prompt. They made it super easy to make a reservation, pick up, and drop-off the car. Would use again.
