I just want to send an exstreme thank you for the services that were provided by Harbin law offices. I would highly recommend this firm to take care of all your lawyer needs. They took the worries off my plate and reassured me that they would take care of my situation. My traffic charges were all dismissed and I was found not guilty. I have used them for criminal charges as well and they were always there when I needed them. Highly recommend firm, family oriented and highly professional. Mr. Harbin is an excellent attorney. He has an excellent understanding of the law and he puts the needs of his clients first. I reached out to him about a case the night before, and he made himself available to handle the case. He got the case dismissed on one-day notice!!! Great work!

4 years ago I walked into David Harbin's office for a consult and was greeted by Molly at the front desk, friendly as could be, I instantly adored her and felt welcome. After meeting David and chatting with him briefly, I instantly knew he was the one, my instincts never steer me wrong. Throughout the case David and Molly answered all my questions, when I left messages they were always quick to respond and always the most pleasant. David was always honest and straight to the point, he never sugar coated anything. My court case was a big one, I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or a better outcome. That was just the begining, fast forward to the next two times I hired David, this time for my daughter. When I say David and Molly went above and beyond, I can't even begin to explain. At one point Molly and David went out of their way to call us and ask us to come in, not for a court update, but because they were concerned about Morgy and wanted to check in on her and see how she was holding up. Molly sat with Morgan, talked to her, gave her some great advice and resources. Not only did David do a fantastic job representing my daughter in both cases, David and Molly took the time out of their day to show up to a court case for Morgan on their own time, why because they care.. I honestly don't know many lawyers that would do that I couldn't ask for a better team to represent us!. I will always be forever grateful to both of them. David and Molly are the best! I highly recommended chosing David Harbin!

Attorney Harbin and his office was great! I needed the best attorney I could find to fight serious false allegations of a citizen complaint (police investigated and made no arrest, they called it self defense on my front porch). I paid a flat fee up front, which wasn't inexpensive, but in the end it feels like it was a very fair deal. Attorney Harbin was a calming influence in a difficult period. He explained the likely way things could play out, and he was right on the money. I credit him entirely for getting my charges dismissed and not having to face a trial. David is well known locally, knows all the right people in the court house, and has extensive experience. You won't find a better attorney when you need the best. I recommend him without any reservation and am very thankful to have found him.

He's very nice and down to the point. He'll pretty much let you know what's going to happen and what hes goin to push for. He's a very good attorney! He does lack a little communication, but he's still a very good at what he does! His secretaries are very great and very nice as well. I really liked them. All together they are great! I appreciate everything that he has done for me the past year!
