We have had Catherine out to service our generator several times, and she has always done a great job. We had an issue earlier this week with our generator starting while our power was on, so we contacted her to set up an appointment to figure out the cause. Instead, she helped us troubleshoot the issue over the phone and determined it was actually a utility problem caused by a wire that had gone bad. We contacted the power company, and they verified that Catherine was correct and fixed the wire for free. Catherine's knowledge and expertise saved us from having her out to address a problem she wouldn't have been able to fix. We greatly appreciate her integrity and her willingness to assist us over the phone. If you're looking for an electrician, we highly recommend Catherine at Little Sparkie!

Little Sparkie did a perfect job in upgrading my panel with AFCI protection! Key circuits are now protected and Catherine made sure that the work was carefully organized behind the faceplate. I highly recommend Catherine and Little Sparkie for electrical work. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive.

Catherine was fantastic and very responsive. We had just moved into our home this past Sunday and experienced our first electrical issue late Tuesday afternoon. I called Little Sparkie Electric first thing Wednesday morning and she was here before noon the same day. She was here just under one hour and was able to get the issue resolved. She is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her.

Catherine was very responsive and clearly communicated the work to be done. We had her install a larger breaker box and a hookup for a hot tub. She also installed a new fan and light fixture in difficult to access locations. She did a fantastic job and she will be my go-to electrician for any future work.

I was very happy to find Little Sparkie. I needed some direction on installing an inverter in a mobile setting and they were very helpful with quick/excellent communication. They were very motivated to help despite it being an odd, small job.

Friendly enough woman but the whole process was a disaster. The quote that I was given was extremely informal after she came out and I told her exactly what I wanted. She finally shows up on the installation date without everything she needed even though she should have known what was needed. Then she proceeded to change the work that she was doing to save money and cut costs. Never got what I asked for, got things I didn't want /need (she did all this without even mentioning to me, hey I want to do B instead of A... WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL MAKES EXECUTIVE DECISIONS LIKE THAT WITHOUT CONSULTING THE HOMEOWNER??? I would have told her to scratch that part of the project because now she put stuff in my way where I didn't want it) and she still went over the estimate/budget. then there was a problem with her work, and she knew about it when she left but she couldn't be bothered to troubleshoot it that day, she left it working but not up to code until it was convenient for her to come back over a month later. the whole experience has just left a sour taste in my mouth.... you get what you pay for. I should have just gone with the electrician that quoted me a few hundred more and I'm sure I would have gotten what I asked for.

I had to wait two weeks for an appointment and then she did not show up. I have a simple job that would take one hour. Maybe Electricians are busy then don’t take the job. I have used her once before so technically I am not a new customer either. Her responses to my inquires were unprofessional too.

I used this company again in 2022. Very disappointing. Slow. Expensive.
