Ochsner St. Anne Hospital

This was my first visit and everything I heard about them was true from the front entrance to the emergency room I was totally satisfied and grateful to have all of them. Those people there were the most amazing and caring people I’ve met in a long time. Dr. Gonzales, the ER Dr. and the nursing staff were excellent. I love them and this will definitely be my first choice from now on. Thank you St. Anne for caring for me and my needs like y’all did. God is good 🙏🏼🙏🏼

My first visit for pelvic floor therapy was with Blair Duthu. Her personality & knowledge put me at ease. She explained thoroughly what my condition entailed & what exercises I need to do! I would recommend her to anyone that has prolapses. Very satisfied with the cleanliness, staff & friendliness of this office!

Wow Jill nurse practitioner done a wonderful job on stitching this up! She took her time & it looks great. I was in & out in under an hour! But the whole hand is still throbbing 24 hrs later 😞 they did give me a thing for pain & acetaminophen is not helping. Lol. Life goes in. Thank to the great staff at Saint Ann’s er!!!! We love our dr Wolford!

I am home after surgery and had to make a review bc I am truly so impressed and thankful by the medical team here. I have severe anxiety I've been crying since they told me my gallbladder gotta come out. My blood pressure has been high bc of anxiety and fear. Everyone has been so nice and caring. Nurse Ashley who did my preop was hilarious and warm and had an awesome vibe she truly is amazing at her job she kept cracking jokes to distract me and I loved her.

Dr juke and his team nurse Shannon Dr Cody walker lol the funniest anesthesiologist (bartender) I've ever met and nurse shantelle were all so freaking amazing I truly applaud yall I know yall work long hours and to have the kindness yall show your patients ie me was awesome.

I literally was crying and panicking and got into contact with nurse Shannon whose probably a comedian bc he kept me laughing and distracted 😂 and Dr juke clealry knows what he is doing ill let him take an organ out again. And Cody W was hilarious I truly appreciate yall for being funny and smart who knew you could be both!

Thanks so much! I appreciate the stellar care and I rather not see yall again but if I absolutely have to have surgery again I'll pick yall! Lol

Delivered my daughter here a little over 2 weeks ago. I couldn’t have had better nurses and care. From minute one to the second I left I was treated like a rock star and felt like a mother should. My husband was also treated extremely well. I cannot say enough good about everyone in L&D and how absolutely amazing my experience was!! Im extremely thankful for all of them for EVERYTHING!!!

They have the absolute best staff. Always caring, patient and very knowledgeable about any questions. They make u feel safe and comfortable from the moment u walk through the door. Thanks again for your dedication and awesome staff.

Thank you to the entire staff for the kind, attentive, and compassionate care you gave our mother and our family. It was above and beyond anything we've ever experienced. Everyone, from doctors, nurses, and personal care technicians to house keeping, and food service are to be commended for excellence.

I would recommend the facility to others. I was treated respectfully, kind, and with much concern regarding my health. The entire staff was professional and treated me as a human. As if I were their family member. The physician took time to listen to me and answered all my questions without rushing out the room. It meant so much to me. The staff is well trained when it comes to a patient. Also, will definitely try to find out what is going on with the patient although it is considered an Emergency room. I felt as if my health condition was considered an emergency. Thank you all so much for caring about me.

Receiving services at Ochsner St. Anne is an easy process. A very welcoming Check In with courteous Registration Staff. The Out Patient Radiology Staff are very confident and caring. They were attentive to my concerns and completed the testing in a very professional manner. I sincerely appreciate the care I received. Hopefully the results will say “See you again in a year or two.”

Every single member of staff I came into contact with was extraordinary! Kind, patient, gentle, and even loving. I have never experienced such behavior in one location. I will insist on any future procedures needed are done at this location. Thank you all!!

Every staff member in the OR was phenomenal and very caring of my needs. I was nervous to have such a big surgery but they made me feel at peace and we actually had a lot of laughs before I had my “cocktail” and a few more afterwards. Everything felt right when Dr. Goss walked in. She is very thorough and took great care of me. I have always been very pleased with St.Ann hospital since I birthed my children there with this visit being nothing different. Thanks to everyone I encountered during my stay.

I will always choose St.Anne over any other local hospital. I drove from Thibodaux, in the cold rain, to St.Anne last night to get my daughter seen. I knew since hurricane Ida their waiting room was usually packed. I know the ER parking lot was probably full and I’d have to fight to find a spot. Iv gone there for myself since the hurricane and the wait was very long because they did not have a bed for me but I also knew Dr. wolfortz is the best, so I still choose to go there last night. The patient access rep was very polite & kind at check in. Dr.Wolfortz came talk to us before we were even in a room, he made sure I understood every thing that was happening and he listened. The nurse that did our intake made sure to ask all questions needed before putting us into a room (they put us in a room that had a tv, with a 2 year old, I appreciated that). The room was missing a new things that could have made the visit easier for me and the employee’s but it was not horrible. The nurse, Mary, was absolutely the best! She came check on us, when she came give rylee medication she talked to rylee, she explained everything and made sure we had everything we needed. We were taken to X-ray by a very sweet technician that spoke to rylee trying to make her feel better and explained everything to me before we did imaging. However, she did have trouble with the X-ray machine, it took her a little time to get it fixed and running but once she did, it went smoothly. Rylee also got blood taken so she also had another nurse come in and assist with that (because rylee has to be held to get blood drawn) the lab tech and that nurse did such an a wonderful job. Everyone was great during our visit. I do feel the ER should be considered for updating and remodeling. It can be more modern, efficient and have more use for space. There have been more people visiting the ER and the patients deserve the best care as possible. In order to continue to provide the best care, they need to have the best accommodations. Our visit was great & I will continue to drive to St.Anne emergency room to have the best care for me and my family.

Every time I go here, I leave impressed. It always takes less time than I expect to get in and done with whatever I'm there for, and the people I encounter are unfailingly kind and professional and good at what they do. AND I can get a parking place pretty close up. Last but not least, the labwork results come in seriously quickly. I hate hate hate medical stuff, but gotta say I have no complaints about this place. A+++

I can’t say enough about my experience at Ochsner St. Anne emergency room. Jill was my provider and was warm, empathetic, knowledgeable, and thorough. She was prompt and sincere. The wait time was more than reasonable. The staff was skilled and professional. Thank you Ochsner St. Anne and Jill for all that you do!

Did not have to wait too long to be called in for my test. The ultrasound tech was very polite and friendly. She wished me a great day once done and I left with no issues.

Love this facility, it’s small but has a lot of caring staff and doctors.

i visited this facilities emergency room in serious pain , from the front door to each department i was treated exceptionally. St Ann has the best when it comes to staff. everyone here is someone special, They are acknowledge of Their specific job responsibilities. They Excel with Patient Courtesy. even in tremendous pain i couldnt help but laugh with some of the staff. Every single one of them are wonderful. thank you St Ann for a special experience you're all very blessed to have a team as you all have.

My experience at Ochsner was great! I am so thankful for the quality of care the nurses and doctors gave me during a life saving medical situation. They got me to the right doctors and my life is saved and now I can continue life with my girls and my husband. Thank y’all so very much!

Great service! The ability to begin testing at 7a saves clients from missing work which is a win-win.

I entered the ER on August 12, 2022. The staff, the nurses, and every assistants was to be admired for their outstanding work. Lately, Teddy and I visit often and every time it's the same helpful service. We can't say enough about St. Anne. The best. Thank you.
